Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 전륜 및 후륜에 설치된 댐퍼의 감쇠력을 조절하는 전자제어 현가장치에 있어서, 차량 조작 신호를 수신하는 수신부; 상기 수신부를 통해 수신된 차량 조작 신호를 근거로 하여 운전자의 운전 성향을 분석하여 운전자 성향 분석값을 산출하는 운전자 성향 분석부; 상기 운전자 성향 분석부에 의해 산출된 운전자 성향분석값이 속하는 운전자 모드를 결정하는 운전자 모드 결정부; 및 상기 결정된 운전자 모드에 따라 상기 솔레노이드 밸브에 인가되는 전류값을 변경하여 상기 댐퍼의 감쇠력을 제어하는 감쇠력 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제어 현가장치가 제공된다.

Claims (6)
- 전륜 및 후륜에 설치된 댐퍼의 감쇠력을 조절하는 전자제어 현가장치에 있어서,
차량 조작 신호를 수신하는 수신부;
상기 수신부를 통해 수신된 차량 조작 신호를 근거로 하여 운전자의 운전 성향을 분석하여 운전자 성향 분석값을 산출하는 운전자 성향 분석부;
상기 운전자 성향 분석부에 의해 산출된 운전자 성향분석값이 속하는 운전자 모드를 결정하는 운전자 모드 결정부; 및
상기 결정된 운전자 모드에 따라 솔레노이드 밸브에 인가되는 전류값을 변경하여 상기 댐퍼의 감쇠력을 제어하는 감쇠력 제어부를 포함하되,
상기 차량 조작 신호는 가속 조작 신호, 감속 조작 신호 및 조향각 신호를 포함하고,
상기 운전자 성향 분석부는 상기 차량 조작 신호에 포함되는 신호의 크기, 기울기 형태 및 발생빈도 정보를 이용하여 상기 운전자 성향 분석값을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 차량 조작 신호의 미분 값이 기준 값보다 초과되는 횟수 및 기준 값보다 이하인 횟수를 기초로 상기 운전자 성향 분석값을 산출하는 것인 전자제어 현가장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 운전자 모드는 소프트(soft) 모드, 노말(normal) 모드 및 터프(tough) 모드로 구분되고,
상기 소프트(soft) 모드, 노말(normal) 모드 및 터프(tough) 모드는 미리 정해진 운전자 성향 분석값의 범위로 각각 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제어 현가장치. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 솔레노이드 밸브에 인가되는 전류값은 상기 소프트(soft) 모드, 노말(normal) 모드 및 터프(tough)모드 별로 미리 정의되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자제어 현가장치. - 삭제
- 전륜 및 후륜에 설치된 댐퍼의 감쇠력을 조절하는 전자제어 현가장치의 감쇠력 제어 방법에 있어서,
차량 조작 신호를 수신하는 단계;
상기 수신된 차량 조작 신호를 근거로 하여 운전자의 운전 성향을 분석하여 운전자 성향 분석값을 산출하는 단계;
상기 산출된 운전자 성향분석값이 속하는 운전자 모드를 결정하는 단계; 및
상기 결정된 운전자 모드에 따라 솔레노이드 밸브에 인가되는 전류값을 변경하여 상기 댐퍼의 감쇠력을 제어하는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 차량 조작 신호는 가속 조작 신호, 감속 조작 신호 및 조향각 신호를 포함하고,
상기 산출하는 단계는 상기 차량 조작 신호에 포함되는 신호의 크기, 기울기 형태 및 발생빈도 정보를 이용하여 상기 운전자 성향 분석값을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하고,
상기 차량 조작 신호의 미분 값이 기준 값보다 초과되는 횟수 및 기준 값보다 이하인 횟수를 기초로 상기 운전자 성향 분석값을 산출하는 전자제어 현가장치의 감쇠력 제어 방법.
