도 1은, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 스위치 제어 회로가 배터리 팩에 구비된 스위치와 연결된 구성을 개략적으로 나타내는 도면이다.

Claims (10)
- 전압 입력 소스로부터 전원을 공급 받는 스위치의 개폐를 제어하는 장치에 있어서,
상기 스위치와 전기적으로 병렬 연결되어 상기 스위치의 양극 단자 방향으로 전류가 흐를 수 있도록 구성된 환류 다이오드;
상기 환류 다이오드와 전기적으로 직렬 연결되어 상기 스위치의 음극 단자를 향하는 방향을 정방향으로 하도록 구성된 제너 다이오드;
상기 전압 입력 소스의 입력 단자와 상기 스위치의 양극 단자 사이에 구비되어, 상기 입력 단자로부터 입력 전압을 수신하고, 상기 스위치의 양극 단자로 상기 입력 전압을 전달할 수 있도록 구성된 FET;
상기 FET와 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 FET로 상기 스위치의 개폐 동작을 제어하는 신호를 전달하도록 구성된 제어부;
일단이 상기 전압 입력 소스의 입력 단자로부터 스위치로 공급되는 경로에 연결되고, 타단이 제어부와 연결되며, 상기 제어부에 인가되는 전압을 분배하도록 구성된 저항; 및
일단이 상기 제어부와 상기 저항의 타단 사이에 연결되고, 타단이 접지에 연결되며, 상기 저항을 향하는 방향으로 전류가 흐르도록 구성된 역전압 방지 다이오드를 포함하고,
상기 스위치에서 발생되어 상기 저항의 일단에서 타단을 향하는 방향으로 흐르는 전류는, 상기 저항을 통과한 후에 상기 역전압 방지 다이오드에 의해 상기 제어부로 모두 유입되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 저항은, 상기 FET의 드레인 단자 및 상기 스위치의 양극 단자 사이의 노드와 상기 제어부의 입출력 핀 사이에 양단이 전기적으로 직접 연결되도록 구성된 것을 스위치 제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 저항은, 상기 제어부의 입출력 핀에 인가되는 전압이 상기 제어부의 정격 전압 내로 인가되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 저항은, 저항값의 크기가 상기 제어부의 내부 저항값의 크기 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제너 다이오드는, 상기 스위치의 음극 단자와 상기 환류 다이오드 사이에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 FET는, 상기 FET의 소스 단자와 상기 입력 단자가 전기적으로 직접 연결되고, 상기 FET의 드레인 단자와 상기 스위치의 양극 단자가 전기적으로 직접 연결되고, 상기 FET의 게이트 단자와 상기 제어부가 전기적으로 직접 연결되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제어부는, 적어도 2개 이상의 입출력 핀을 구비하고,
상기 입출력 핀은, 상기 FET 및 상기 저항에 각각 전기적으로 직접 연결되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스위치 제어 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 스위치 제어 장치를 포함하는 BMS.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 스위치 제어 장치를 포함하는 배터리 팩.
