Abstract
일 예로, 내부에 공간을 구비하는 케이스; 상기 케이스에 삽입되고 제 1 전극판, 제 2 전극판 및 상기 제 1 전극판과 제 2 전극판의 사이에 형성된 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전극조립체; 상기 케이스를 밀봉하고 상기 전극조립체의 제 1 전극판과 전기적으로 연결되며, 일 영역에 안전 벤트가 구비된 캡 플레이트; 상기 캡 플레이트의 상부에 형성되는 상부 절연부재; 상기 상부 절연부재의 상부에 형성되고, 일단으로부터 연장된 커넥터를 통해 상기 안전 벤트와 전기적으로 연결된 서브 단자 플레이트; 및 상기 상부 절연부재의 상부와 접촉하여 결합되고 상기 서브 단자 플레이트와 결합된 단자 플레이트를 포함하는 이차 전지가 개시된다.

Claims (11)
- 내부에 공간을 구비하는 케이스;
상기 케이스에 삽입되고 제 1 전극판, 제 2 전극판 및 상기 제 1 전극판과 제 2 전극판의 사이에 형성된 세퍼레이터를 포함하는 전극조립체;
상기 케이스를 밀봉하고 상기 전극조립체의 제 1 전극판과 전기적으로 연결되며, 일 영역에 안전 벤트가 구비된 캡 플레이트;
상기 캡 플레이트의 상부에 형성되는 상부 절연부재;
상기 상부 절연부재의 상부에 형성되고, 일단으로부터 연장된 커넥터를 통해 상기 안전 벤트와 전기적으로 연결된 서브 단자 플레이트; 및
상기 상부 절연부재의 상부와 접촉하여 결합되고 상기 서브 단자 플레이트와 결합된 단자 플레이트를 포함하고,
상기 상부 절연부재가 상기 캡 플레이트 및 단자 플레이트와 결합되는 계면 중 적어도 하나에 접착부재가 형성되는 이차전지. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단자 플레이트는 상기 상부 절연부재를 통해 상기 캡 플레이트와 전기적으로 독립된 이차전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 캡 플레이트는 상기 상부 절연부재에 대응되는 영역에 요철 패턴을 구비하고, 상기 상부 절연부재는 상기 요철 패턴에 대응되는 돌기 또는 홈을 통해 상기 캡 플레이트와 맞물려 결합된 이차전지. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 상부 절연부재와 캡 플레이트의 접촉 계면에는 접착부재가 형성된 이차전지. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 단자 플레이트는 상기 상부 절연부재의 돌기 또는 홈에 대응되는 영역에 돌기 또는 홈을 구비하여, 상기 단자 플레이트 및 상부 절연부재는 맞물려 결합된 이차전지. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 단자 플레이트 및 상부 절연부재의 접촉 계면에는 접착부재가 형성된 이차 전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 단자 플레이트는 적어도 일 영역에서 상기 서브 단자 플레이트의 두께에 대응되는 높이의 홈을 통해 상기 서브 단자 플레이트를 수용하여 결합되는 이차전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
적어도 일 영역에서 상기 전극 조립체의 제 1 전극판과 결합되고, 상기 캡 플레이트의 하면에 결합되어, 상기 제 1 전극판과 상기 캡 플레이트를 연결하는 집전 플레이트를 더 포함하는 이차전지. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
상기 집전 플레이트는 상기 캡 플레이트의 하면에 대해 용접을 통해 결합된 이차전지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 서브 단자 플레이트는 상기 단자 플레이트 및 안전 벤트에 용접을 통해 결합되는 이차전지.
