Abstract
상기 타이어는 타이어의 소음 중 타이어 내부의 공기 진동으로 발생하는 공명음을 저감시키고 동시에 타이어 펑크 시 급격한 타이어 수축으로 인한 사고를 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (13)
- 타이어 내측면에 위치한 흡음재층;
상기 타이어 내측면과 상기 흡음재층 사이에 위치한 실란트층; 및
상기 실란트층과 상기 흡음재층 사이에 위치한 필름층;을 포함하며,
상기 흡음재층은 상기 필름층과 접하는 제2흡음재층 및 상기 제2흡음재층을 제외한 제1흡음재층으로 이루어지고, 상기 제2흡음재층은 제1흡음재층보다 셀 크기가 크고, 상기 제2흡음재층은 타공(打孔)되어 구멍이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2흡음재층은 필터 폼 흡음재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1흡음재층과 상기 제2흡음재층의 두께 비는 10:90 내지 80:20인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡음재층의 두께는 1cm 내지 10cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 흡음재층은 오픈 셀(Open cell)을 가지는 폴리우레탄을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2흡음재층의 구멍 부피는 타공되기 전 제2흡음재층 부피에 70 부피% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 구멍의 크기는 직경이 1mm 내지 4cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 필름층의 두께는 0.01mm 내지 1cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실란트층은 실란트를 포함하고 있고,
상기 실란트는 부틸고무 100 중량부에 대하여, 폴리이소부틸렌 100 내지 400 중량부, 무기첨가제 10 중량부 내지 100 중량부 및 가류제 1 내지 15 중량부를 포함하는 실란트 조성물을 140 내지 180℃의 온도에서 가교 반응시켜 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 실란트의 점도는 25℃에서 3,000 내지 10,000 mPas인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실란트층은 파우치 및 상기 파우치 내부에 봉입된 실란트를 포함하는 실란트 파우치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어. - 제12항에 있어서,
상기 파우치는 밀도가 0.06 내지 1.00 g/cm3(ASTM D792)이고, 항복응력이 250 내지 400 kgf/cm2(ASTM D638)이고, 파단신율이 100 % 초과(ASTM D638)이고, 굴곡탄성율이 11,000 내지 15,000 kgf/cm2인 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어.
