Abstract
(해결 수단) 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체 수지 조성물은, (A) 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체와, (B) 비닐 공중합체와, (C) 유기 과산화물을 함유한다. 상기 (B) 비닐 공중합체 및 상기 (C) 유기 과산화물이, 상기 (A) 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체에 함침되어 있다. 상기 (A) 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체가, 1 ∼ 20 중량% 의 아세트산비닐을 포함한다. 상기 (B) 비닐 공중합체가, (b-1) 스티렌과, (b-2) 아크릴로니트릴 및 메타크릴산글리시딜의 적어도 1 개와, (b-3) t-부틸퍼옥시메타크릴로일옥시에틸카보네이트와, (b-4) 중합 개시제에 의해 구성된다. 상기 (A) 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체의 함유량을 100 중량부로 하면, 상기 (C) 유기 과산화물의 함유량이 0.1 ∼ 3 중량부이다.
Description
Claims (9)
- (A) 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체와, (B) 비닐 공중합체와, (C) 유기 과산화물을 함유하고,
상기 (B) 비닐 공중합체 및 상기 (C) 유기 과산화물이, 상기 (A) 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체에 함침되어 있고,
상기 (A) 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체가, 1 ∼ 20 중량% 의 아세트산비닐을 포함하고,
상기 (B) 비닐 공중합체가, (b-1) 스티렌과, (b-2) 아크릴로니트릴 및 메타크릴산글리시딜의 적어도 1 개와, (b-3) t-부틸퍼옥시메타크릴로일옥시에틸카보네이트와, (b-4) 중합 개시제에 의해 구성되고,
상기 (A) 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체의 함유량을 100 중량부로 하면, 상기 (C) 유기 과산화물의 함유량이 0.1 ∼ 3 중량부인
에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (A) 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체와, 상기 (b-1) 스티렌과, 상기 (b-2) 아크릴로니트릴 및 메타크릴산글리시딜의 적어도 1 개의 함유량의 합계를 100 중량부로 하면, 상기 (A) 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체의 함유량이 50 ∼ 90 중량부인
에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (b-4) 중합 개시제의 10 시간 반감기 온도가 50 ∼ 75 ℃ 이고,
상기 (C) 유기 과산화물의 10 시간 반감기 온도가 95 ∼ 130 ℃ 인
에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체 수지 조성물을 용융 혼련함으로써 얻어지고,
주사슬이, 상기 (A) 에틸렌-아세트산비닐 공중합체로 이루어지고,
측사슬이, 상기 (b-1) 스티렌과, 상기 (b-2) 아크릴로니트릴 및 메타크릴산글리시딜의 적어도 1 개의 비닐 공중합체로 이루어지는
그래프트 공중합체. - (X) 열가소성 수지와, (Y) 제 4 항에 기재된 그래프트 공중합체를 함유하고,
상기 (X) 열가소성 수지의 함유량을 100 중량부로 하면, 상기 (Y) 제 4 항에 기재된 그래프트 공중합체의 함유량이 1 ∼ 25 중량부인
열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
(X) 열가소성 수지가 폴리아세탈 수지, 폴리아미드 수지, 폴리카보네이트 수지, ABS 수지에서 선택되는 1 종류 또는 2 종류 이상의 혼합물인
열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
(Z-1) 활제로서 지방산 에스테르, 지방산 아미드, 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 파라핀 왁스에서 선택되는 1 종류 이상을 추가로 함유하고, (X) 열가소성 수지의 함유량을 100 중량부로 하면, 상기 (Z-1) 활제의 함유량이 1 ∼ 5 중량부인
열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
(Z-2) 무기 충전제로서 탄산칼슘 및 티탄산칼륨에서 선택되는 1 종류 이상을 추가로 함유하고, (X) 열가소성 수지의 함유량을 100 중량부로 하면, 상기 (Z-2) 무기 충전제의 함유량이 3 ∼ 8 중량부인
열가소성 수지 조성물. - 제 5 항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 조성물을 성형하여 얻어지는 수지 성형품.
