Abstract

Claims (9)
- 폴리아미드, 방향족 폴리아미드, 폴리이미드, 방향족 폴리이미드, 폴리아미드이미드 및 방향족 폴리아미드이미드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 수지를 포함하는 기재 필름의 적어도 편면에 경화성 수지와 입자를 함유하는 경화층을 적층하고, 기재 필름과 경화층의 사이에, 0.5㎛ 이상 6㎛ 이하의 두께를 갖는 중간층이 마련된 적층 필름으로서,
총 두께가 1 내지 100㎛이고,
파장 400nm에 있어서의 광선 투과율이 70% 이상이고,
상기 경화층의 표면에 대해서 두께 방향으로 나노인덴터로 1㎛ 압입했을 때의 영률이 5GPa 이상이고,
0.5MPa의 응력을 30분 가한 후의 변형량이 500ppm 이하이고,
상기 경화층의 상기 입자와 상기 경화성 수지의 함유율이, 질량비로 입자/경화성 수지=20/80 내지 80/20인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 필름. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 광선 투과율이 70 내지 100%이고,
상기 영률이 5 내지 20GPa이고,
상기 변형량이 0 내지 500ppm인, 적층 필름. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
유리 전이 온도가 150℃ 이상인, 적층 필름. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 총 두께가 10 내지 50㎛이고, 상기 경화층의 두께가 1 내지 10㎛인, 적층 필름. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 경화층의 표면이, 1 내지 10nm의 평균 조도 Ra를 갖는, 적층 필름. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
점탄성 측정 장치를 사용해서 30℃에서 측정한 저장 탄성률이 5GPa 이상인, 적층 필름. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 기재 필름의 수지가 폴리머 구조 중에 불소를 함유하는 것인, 적층 필름. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 기재 필름이 하기 화학식 (I) 내지 (IV)에서 나타나는 구조 단위를 포함하는, 적층 필름.
단, R1 및 R2는, -H, 탄소수 1 내지 5의 지방족기, -CF3, -CCl3, -OH, -F, -Cl, -Br, -OCH3, 실릴기 또는 방향환을 포함하는 기이다.
단, R3는, Si를 포함하는 기, P를 포함하는 기, S를 포함하는 기, 할로겐화 탄화 수소기, 방향환을 포함하는 기 또는 에테르 결합을 포함하는 기이고, 이들 기를 갖는 구조 단위가, 분자 내에 있어서 혼재되어 있어도 된다.
단, R4는, 임의의 기이다.
단, R5는 임의의 방향족기, 임의의 지환족기이다. - 삭제
