도 2는, 본 발명의 수지 조성물 공연속 구조를 모식적으로 도시하는 단면도이다.
Claims (15)
- 셀룰로오스에스테르를 함유하는 중공사막으로서,
상기 셀룰로오스에스테르를 함유하는 상과 공극으로 이루어지는 공연속 구조를 구비하고,
상기 공극의 폭이 1nm 이상 200nm 이하인,
중공사막. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공사막의 공극 폭의 10배 이상 100배 이하의 길이를 1변으로 하는 정사각형의 시야에서 촬영된 현미경 화상을 푸리에 변환하여 얻어지는, 횡축이 파수, 종축이 강도로 이루어지는 그래프의 곡선에서, 피크 반값폭 (a), 피크의 극대 파수 (b)로 할 때, 0<(a)/(b)≤1.5가 되는 영역을 포함하는, 중공사막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 50kPa, 25℃에서의 막 투과 유속이 0.05㎥/㎡/hr 이상 20㎥/㎡/hr 이하인, 중공사막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중공사막의 두께가 1㎛ 이상 1000㎛ 이하인 중공사막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 외경이 100㎛ 이상 5000㎛ 이하인, 중공사막.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스에스테르가, 셀룰로오스아세테이트프로피오네이트 및 셀룰로오스아세테이트부티레이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물인, 중공사막.
- 셀룰로오스에스테르를 함유하는 제1 상 및 상기 제1 상과 부분 상용하는 제2 상으로 이루어지는 공연속 구조를 구비하고, 제2 상의 폭이 1nm 이상 1000nm 이하인, 중공사 형상의 수지 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제2 상의 폭의 10배 이상 100배 이하의 길이를 1변으로 하는 정사각형의 시야에서 촬영된 현미경 화상을 푸리에 변환하여 얻어지는, 횡축이 파수, 종축이 강도로 이루어지는 그래프의 곡선에서, 피크 반값폭 (a), 피크의 극대 파수 (b)로 할 때, 0<(a)/(b)≤1.5가 되는 영역을 구비하는, 중공사 형상의 수지 조성물.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물의 두께가 1㎛ 이상 1000㎛ 이하인, 중공사 형상의 수지 조성물.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물로 이루어지는 중공사의 외경이 100㎛ 이상 5000㎛ 이하인, 중공사 형상의 수지 조성물.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스에스테르가, 셀룰로오스아세테이트프로피오네이트 및 셀룰로오스아세테이트부티레이트로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 화합물인, 중공사 형상의 수지 조성물.
- 20중량% 이상 90중량% 이하의 셀룰로오스에스테르와, 10중량% 이상 60중량% 이하의 구조 형성제를 포함하는 원료를 용융 및 혼련함으로써 용융 수지를 제조하는 수지 용융 공정과,
상기 용융 수지를 방사 구금으로부터 토출함으로써 중공사를 형성하는 성형 공정과,
상기 용융 수지 또는 성형체에 있어서, 열 유도 상분리에 의해, 셀룰로오스에스테르를 함유하는 제1 상과 상기 제1 상과 부분 상용하는 제2 상으로 이루어지는 공연속 구조를 형성하는 공연속 구조 형성 공정과,
상기 공연속 구조 형성 공정 및 성형 공정 후에, 상기 성형체로부터 제2 상을 용출함으로써 공극을 형성하는 공극 형성 공정
을 갖는 중공사막의 제조 방법. - 삭제
