Claims (6)
- 폐합성수지가 수용되며 상기 폐합성수지를 가열함과 동시에 자외선을 조사하여 중질유인 유증기를 생성하는 분해로;
상기 분해로와 연통되게 설치되며 상기 분해로에서 유입된 중질유인 유증기를 냉각하여 액상의 중질유로 전환하는 열교환기; 및
상기 열교환기와 연통되게 설치되며 상기 열교환기에서 전환된 중질유를 공급받아 저장하는 저장탱크를 포함하며,
상기 분해로는,
폐합성수지가 수용되는 본체;
상기 본체 내부에 마련되어 상기 폐합성수지를 가열하는 가열부;
상기 본체 내부에 마련되며 상기 가열부에 의해 가열되어 상기 폐합성수지에 함유된 탄화수소 사슬을 분해하는 자외선을 방출하는 자외선 발생부; 및
상기 본체 상부에 마련되어 상기 생성된 중질유인 유증기를 상기 열교환기로 배출하는 유증기 배출구를 포함하며,
상기 자외선 발생부는 상기 가열부에 의해 가열되어 상기 폐합성수지에 함유된 탄화수소 사슬을 분해하는 자외선을 방출하는 복수의 세라믹 복합체가 수용된 적어도 하나 이상의 세라믹 복합체 수용부를 포함하고,
상기 세라믹 복합체는 Al2O3, ZrO2 및 MgO 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 세라믹 분말과 LiF, MgF2 및 CaF2 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 불화물 분말과 터븀(Terbium, Tb), 세륨(cerium, Ce), 유로퓸(europium, Eu) 및 디스프로퓸(dysprosium, Dy) 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물인 열형광 희토류계 형광체 물질을 혼합하고 성형한 후 소결하여 제조되고,
상기 세라믹 복합체는 180 내지 270 ℃의 온도에서 120 내지 250 nm 파장의 자외선을 방출하는 것인 폐합성수지 유화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 가열부는 상기 본체 내부의 온도가 180 내지 270 ℃가 되도록 가열하고,
상기 자외선 발생부는 상기 가열부에 의해 가열되며, 폐합성수지에 함유된 탄화수소 사슬을 분해하는 120 내지 250 nm 파장의 자외선을 방출하는 폐합성수지 유화장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 폐합성수지 유화장치는,
상기 분해로와 연결되어 상기 분해로 내부의 온도를 측정하는 온도 센서;
상기 분해로와 연결되어 상기 분해로 내부의 기압을 측정하는 압력 센서; 및
상기 온도 센서 및 상기 압력 센서에서 측정한 온도 값 및 기압 값을 공급받아 상기 가열부의 온도를 조절하는 제어부;를 더 포함하는 폐합성수지 유화장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 폐합성수지 유화장치는,
상기 열교환기에 연결되어 상기 열교환기에서 상기 저장탱크로 공급되는 중질유의 유량을 측정하고 측정한 유량 값을 상기 제어부에 공급하는 유량계를 더 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 상기 유량 값이 설정 값 미만일 경우 가열부의 작동을 중단하는 폐합성수지 유화장치.
