Claims (12)
- 금속 또는 중합체 재료로 이루어지고 굴곡 부분을 갖는 그물눈 형상의 본체를 가지며, 그의 표면이 실로스타졸 및 생체흡수성 중합체를 포함하는 혼합물로 코팅되며, 여기서 생체흡수성 중합체는
L 락티드 및 DL 락티드를 6:4 내지 8:2의 중량비로 포함하고 분자량이 300,000 내지 600,000인 중합체
를 포함하는 것인 약제 용출형 스텐트. - 제1항에 있어서, 실로스타졸 및 생체흡수성 중합체의 중량비가 4:6 내지 7:3인 약제 용출형 스텐트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실로스타졸 및 생체흡수성 중합체의 중량비가 4:6 내지 6:4인 약제 용출형 스텐트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 본체가 코발트 크롬 합금을 포함하는 약제 용출형 스텐트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 본체의 코팅이 초음파 분무에 의해 행해지는 것인 약제 용출형 스텐트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 1개의 스텐트에 도포되는 실로스타졸의 중량이 400 μg 초과 700 μg 미만인 약제 용출형 스텐트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 1개의 스텐트에 도포되는 실로스타졸의 중량이 500 μg 초과 600 μg 미만인 약제 용출형 스텐트.
- 금속 또는 중합체 재료로 이루어지고 굴곡 부분을 갖는 그물눈 형상의 본체를 갖는 약제 용출형 스텐트의 제조 방법으로서, 스텐트의 표면에 실로스타졸 및 생체흡수성 중합체를 포함하는 혼합물을 초음파 분무로 코팅함으로써 수행되며, 여기서 생체흡수성 중합체는
L 락티드 및 DL 락티드를 6:4 내지 8:2의 중량비로 포함하고 분자량이 300,000 내지 600,000인 중합체
