Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예 1에서 사용된 사출물 및 열전사 하드코팅 필름을 나타낸 사진이고;
도 3 및 도 4는 본 발명의 실시예 1에서 제조된 열전사 하드코팅 필름이 형성된 사출물을 관찰한 사진이다.
Claims (2)
- 제1 이형필름; 및 상기 제1 이형필름 상에 형성된 하드코팅층;을 포함하는 열전사 기능성 필름을 준비하는 단계; 제2 이형필름; 상기 제2 이형필름 상에 형성된 점착층; 및 상기 점착층 상에 형성된 무기층;을 포함하는 열전사 베이스 필름을 준비하는 단계; 상기 열전사 베이스 필름의 무기층 상에 차폐잉크층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 차폐잉크층 상에 칼라잉크층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 칼라잉크층 상에 금속증착층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 금속증착층 상에 인쇄층을 형성하는 단계; 상기 인쇄층 상에 UV 패턴층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 UV 패턴층 상에 상기 열전사 기능성 필름의 하드코팅층을 위치시키는 단계;를 수행하여 열전사 하드코팅 필름을 준비하는 단계;
상기 열전사 하드코팅 필름의 제1 이형 필름 및 제2 이형 필름을 제거하고, 상기 점착층을 사출물의 표면에 접촉시키되, 상기 열전사 하드코팅 필름의 면적은 상기 사출물의 전면 및 측면을 포함하는 전체 면적 대비 120-150%인 것을 특징으로 하는 단계; 및
상기 사출물에 상기 점착층이 접착되도록 상기 열전사 하드코팅 필름을 가열 및 압착시키는 단계;를 포함하고,
상기 하드코팅층은, 열경화성 수지, 이소시아네이트계 경화제, 기능성 나노입자, 산화방지제 및 UV 안정제를 포함하고, 상기 열경화성 수지는 2개 이상의 아크릴로일기를 갖는 아크릴레이트계 화합물, 2개 이상의 하이드록시기를 갖는 아크릴레이트계 화합물 및 2개 이상의 카르복실기를 갖는 아크릴레이트계 화합물이 주쇄를 이루는 아크릴레이트계 공중합체 70-80 중량부 및 카르복실기를 갖는 폴리우레탄 중합체 20-30 중량부를 포함하고,
상기 금속증착층은 구리를 포함하고,
상기 무기층은 무기충전제 60-80 중량부 및 바인더 20-40 중량부를 포함하고, 상기 무기충전제의 입자 크기는 1-2 ㎛이고,
상기 점착층은 아크릴레이트계 화합물 및 실리콘계 화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전사 방법. - 삭제
