Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 실시예에 의해 제조된 바이오 충진제의 분산성 평가를 위해 건조 복합수지를 이용하여 제작한 바이오 충진제의 함량별 ASTM 표준시편을 나타낸 그림이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 플라스틱의 표면특성 평가를 위해, 본 발명의 실시예 및 비교예에 의해 제조된 바이오 충진제를 각각 10 중량%를 포함하는 PP 복합수지를 사출하여 제작한 ASTM 표준시편을 나타낸 그림이다.

Claims (13)
- (a) 리그닌과 셀룰로오스 및 헤미셀룰로오스를 포함하는 리그노셀룰로오식 바이오매스로부터 적어도 일부의 헤미셀룰로오스 성분을 제거하는 단계;
(b) 상기 헤미셀룰로오스가 제거된 리그노셀룰로오식 바이오매스에 산(acid)을 첨가하여 리그노셀룰로오식 바이오매스를 개질하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 (b) 단계로부터 얻어진 반응물에 염기를 첨가하여 잔류 산성 성분을 중화시킨 후 중화된 반응물로부터 수용성 물질을 제거하고 고형입자를 수득하는 단계; 를 포함하는 플라스틱 첨가용 바이오 충진제의 제조 방법으로서,
상기 (c) 단계에서 얻어지는 고형입자는 고형입자내 리그닌과 셀룰로오스 및 헤미셀룰로오스 유래 성분의 총합을 기준으로, 헤미셀룰로오스의 함량이 5 중량(wt%) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 첨가용 바이오 충진제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계에서 상기 산(acid)은 탄소수 1 내지 20의 유기산; 또는 황산, 염산, 인산 및 질산으로부터 선택되는 무기산 또는 이들의 혼합성분; 또는 상기 유기산과 무기산의 혼합물; 또는 유기산과, 무기산들의 혼합성분과의 혼합물; 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 첨가용 바이오 충진제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계에서의 얻어진 고형입자는 고형입자내 리그닌과 셀룰로오스 및 헤미셀룰로오스 유래 성분의 총합을 기준으로 헤미셀룰로오스의 함량이 3 중량(wt%) 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 첨가용 바이오 충진제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계에서, 상기 고형물질은 리그닌과 셀룰로오스 및 헤미셀룰로오스 유래 성분의 총합을 기준으로 리그닌 유래 성분을 1wt%에서 99wt% 포함하거나, 또는, 리그닌과 셀룰로오스 및 헤미셀룰로오스 유래 성분의 총합을 기준으로 셀룰로오스 유래 성분을 1wt%에서 99wt% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 첨가용 바이오 충진제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계에서, 상기 고형물질은 리그닌과 셀룰로오스 및 헤미셀룰로오스 유래 성분의 총합을 기준으로 리그닌 유래 성분을 20 wt%에서 80wt% 포함하고, 또한, 셀룰로오스 유래 성분을 20wt%에서 80wt% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 첨가용 바이오 충진제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서, 상기 바이오매스로부터 헤미셀룰로오스 성분의 제거는 열처리 공정, 열수(hot water) 공정, 스팀폭쇄(steam explosion) 공정 및 산 스팀폭쇄(steam explosion containing acids) 공정 중에서 선택되는 하나의 공정 또는 이들의 혼합된 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 첨가용 바이오 충진제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서의 헤미셀룰로오스 성분의 제거는 열수(hot water) 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 첨가용 바이오 충진제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계에서의 산(acid)은 분쇄된 바이오매스; 및 산을 포함하는 수용액;의 총 함량을 기준으로 0.5 내지 70 wt% 농도 범위의 황산이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 첨가용 바이오 충진제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계에서의 염기는 수산화나트륨(NaOH), 수산화칼륨(KOH), 수산화칼슘(Ca(OH)2), 암모니아(NH3), 수산화리튬(LiOH), 탄산칼슘(CaCO3), 탄산칼륨(K2CO3), 탄산나트륨(Na2CO3), 탄산수소칼륨(KHCO3), 수산화마그네슘(Mg(OH)2), 산화칼슘(CaO), 산화마그네슘(MgO) 및 탄산수소나트륨(NaHCO3) 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 첨가용 바이오 충진제의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는, 플라스틱 첨가용 항균성 바이오 충진제.
- 제 10 항에 따른 플라스틱 첨가용 바이오 충진제를 포함하는 항균성 플라스틱 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 플라스틱 조성물은 플라스틱 첨가용 바이오 충진제를 상기 조성물의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 90 중량%로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 항균성 플라스틱 조성물.
- 제 12 항에 따른 플라스틱 조성물을 포함하는 항균 제품.
