Abstract
Description
도 2는 종래 트랜스미션 마운트가 분리된 상태를 나타낸 분해 사시도이다.
도 3a는 종래 트랜스미션 마운트의 단면도이고, 도 3b는 체결볼트 쪽만 일부 발췌하여 나타낸 요부확대단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 트랜스미션 마운트가 분리된 상태를 나타낸 분해 사시도이다.
도 5a 및 도 5b는 본 발명에 따른 측면 조립형 트랜트미션 마운트에 회전방지수단이 설치된 상태를 나타낸 도면으로, 도 5a는 일부가 단면된 상태를 나타낸 부분사시도이고, 도 5b는 TM 측 서포트 브라켓에 설치되는 유동너트와 써포트를 분리하여 나타낸 부분 단면 사시도이다.
도 6a 및 도 6b는 본 발명에 따른 TM 측 서포트 브라켓을 일부 절개한 사시도로써, 도 6a는 유동너트(81)와 유동케이지(80)가 결합된 상태에서의 정면 부분사시도이고, 도 6b는 배면 부분사시도 이다. 그리고, 도 6c는 유동파이프의 사시도이다.
도 7a는 코어에 유동파이프가 삽입된 상태를 간략하게 나타낸 도면이고, 도 7b는 본 발명에 따른 측면 조립형 트랜트미션 마운트에 회전방지수단이 설치된 상태의 단면도이다.

Claims (5)
- 인슐레이터(10)의 내부에 삽입되도록 이루어지고 길이 방향으로 관통된 관통홀(21b)을 구비한 코어(21);
상기 코어(21)와 결합되는 판 형태의 플레이트 스토퍼(40);
상기 코어(21) 및 인슐레이터(10)를 감싸도록 이루어지는 원통형의 케이스(50);
상기 케이스(50)의 길이보다 상대적으로 길게 형성되어 상기 코어(21) 및 플레이트 스토퍼(40)에 형성된 중공을 관통하며 상기 케이스(50)의 외부로 돌출되도록 측면으로부터 결합되는 체결 볼트(60);
상부는 돌출되어 있는 상기 체결 볼트(60)와 직접 결합되고, 하부는 트랜스미션과 결합되는 TM 측 서포트 브라켓(70); 및
상기 TM 측 서포트 브라켓(70) 상부에 설치되어 체결볼트(60)와 나사맞춤되는 유동너트(81) 및 유동케이지(80);를 포함하여 이루어지며,
상기 유동케이지(80)와 코어(21) 사이에 파워트레인 회전방지수단이 설치되고,
상기 회전방지수단은,
체결볼트(60)가 삽입되며 상하부에 회전방지돌기(111)가 돌출형성된 유동파이프(110); 상기 유동파이프(110)의 회전방지돌기(111)와 동일한 형상을 가지는 회전방지홈(21a)을 가지는 코어(21); 및 상기 TM 측 서포트 브라켓(70)에 형성된 공간(S)에 마련된 회전방지홈(71);을 포함하며,
상기 유동파이프(110)가 상기 코어(21) 및 TM 측 서포트 브라켓(70)에 형성된 회전방지홈(21a, 71)에 끼워진 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 조립형 트랜트미션 마운트.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 유동파이프(110)는 코어(21)에 억지끼움되고, TM 측 서포트 브라켓(70)에 슬라이딩 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 조립형 트랜트미션 마운트.
- 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 유동파이프(110)의 앞쪽 선단에 경사면(112)을 형성하여 TM 측 서포트 브라켓(70)와 결합시 조립이 용이하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 조립형 트랜트미션 마운트. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 유동너트(81)는 사각형상으로 이루어지고, 이 유동너트(81)를 지지하기 위한 TM 측 서포트 브라켓(70)에 형성된 공간(S)이 동일한 사각형상으로 이루어져 상기 체결볼트(60)가 체결된 후 회전되는 것을 방지하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 측면 조립형 트랜트미션 마운트.
