Claims (15)
- 연소실;
상기 연소실에 공기를 공급하는 흡기라인;
상기 연소실로부터 배출되는 배기가스를 배출하는 배기라인;
상기 배기라인을 통해 배출되는 배기가스의 일부를 상기 흡기라인으로 보내기 위한 재순환라인;
상기 연소실로부터 배출되는 배기가스의 온도를 측정하는 배기가스 온도 측정장치;
상기 재순환라인을 통과하는 배기가스의 양을 조절하는 EGR 밸브; 및
엔진 운전조건에 따라 상기 재순환라인을 통과하는 배기가스의 양을 산정하여 상기 EGR 밸브를 제1 EGR 밸브 개도량이 되도록 조절하는 제어부
를 포함하고,
상기 제어부는 상기 배기가스 온도 측정장치에 의해 측정된 배기가스의 온도가 미리 설정된 기준 온도를 초과하는 경우 상기 EGR 밸브가 상기 제1 EGR 밸브 개도량에서 미리 설정된 증가량 만큼 증가된 제2 EGR 밸브 개도량이 되도록 조절하고, 상기 제2 EGR 밸브 개도량으로 조절된 상태에서 EGR 률이 기 설정된 기준 EGR 률 이하가 되도록 상기 EGR 밸브의 개도량을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 밸브의 개도량을 조절하는 제어부를 포함하는 엔진. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 엔진은 압축천연가스를 연료로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 밸브의 개도량을 조절하는 제어부를 포함하는 엔진. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 운전조건은 엔진 부하 및 엔진 회전속도를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 밸브의 개도량을 조절하는 제어부를 포함하는 엔진. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배기가스 온도 측정장치에 의해 측정된 배기가스의 온도가 상기 기준 온도 이하로 내려가는 경우 증가된 상기 EGR 밸브의 개도량을 상기 제2 EGR 밸브 개도량에서 상기 제1 EGR 밸브 개도량으로 줄이는 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 밸브의 개도량을 조절하는 제어부를 포함하는 엔진. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 엔진 운전조건에 따라 산정된 상기 EGR 밸브의 개도량 값에 따라서 상기 증가량을 다르게 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 밸브의 개도량을 조절하는 제어부를 포함하는 엔진. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기준 온도는 700℃ 내지 850℃의 범위의 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 밸브의 개도량을 조절하는 제어부를 포함하는 엔진. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기준 EGR 률은 20% 내지 30%의 범위의 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 EGR 밸브의 개도량을 조절하는 제어부를 포함하는 엔진. - 엔진 운전조건에 따라 배기라인에서 흡기라인으로 보내는 배기가스의 양을 산정하는 단계;
상기 산정된 배기가스의 양에 따라 EGR 밸브의 개도량을 조절하는 단계;
연소실로부터 배출되는 배기가스의 온도를 측정하는 단계;
상기 연소실로부터 배출되는 배기가스의 온도가 미리 설정된 기준 온도를 초과하는 경우 상기 EGR 밸브의 개도량을 제1 EGR 밸브 개도량에서 미리 설정된 증가량만큼 증가시켜 제2 EGR 밸브 개도량이 되도록 조절하는 단계;
EGR 률을 산출하는 단계;
상기 EGR 률이 기준 EGR 률을 초과하는지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및
상기 제2 EGR 밸브 개도량으로 조절된 상태에서 상기 EGR 률이 기 설정된 기준 EGR 률 이하가 되도록 상기 EGR 밸브의 개도량을 조절하여 감소시키는 단계
를 포함하는 엔진의 EGR 밸브 제어 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 운전조건은 엔진 부하 및 엔진 회전속도를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 EGR 밸브 제어 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 EGR 밸브의 개도량을 미리 설정된 증가량만큼 증가시키는 단계는 상기 엔진 운전조건에 따라 산정된 상기 EGR 밸브의 개도량 값에 따라서 상기 증가량을 다르게 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 EGR 밸브 제어 방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 기준 온도는 700℃ 내지 850℃의 범위의 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 엔진의 EGR 밸브 제어 방법. - 삭제
