Abstract
이러한 불연성 및 경량성이 우수한 경량보드의 제조방법은 결합재, 혼합수, 실리카흄, 감수제, 섬유 및 기포제를 포함하는 원료를 혼합하여 혼합물을 만드는 혼합물제조단계; 상기 혼합물제조단계에서 제조된 혼합물을 발포 및 숙성하는 발포 및 숙성단계; 상기 발포 및 숙성단계에서 제조된 반경화체를 탈형 및 절단하는 성형단계; 상기 성형단계에서 성형된 성형물을 증기양생하는 증기양생단계; 및 상기 증기양생단계를 통해 양생된 성형물을 건조하는 건조단계;를 포함한다.

Claims (9)
- 결합재, 혼합수, 실리카흄, 감수제, 섬유 및 기포제를 포함하는 원료를 혼합하여 혼합물을 만드는 혼합물제조단계;
상기 혼합물제조단계에서 제조된 혼합물을 발포 및 숙성하는 발포 및 숙성단계;
상기 발포 및 숙성단계에서 제조된 반경화체를 탈형 및 절단하는 성형단계;
상기 성형단계에서 성형된 성형물을 증기양생하는 증기양생단계; 및
상기 증기양생단계를 통해 양생된 성형물을 건조하는 건조단계;
를 포함하되,
상기 결합재는 탄산칼슘, 플라이애시, 소석회, 탄산나트륨, 무수석고, 바텀애시, 고로슬래그 및 팽창암석을 포함하고,
상기 원료는 탄산칼슘 10~30중량부, 플라이애시 50~75중량부, 소석회 3~5중량부, 탄산나트륨 0.5~1.5중량부, 무수석고 0.5~0.7중량부, 바텀애시 4~6중량부, 고로슬래그 4~6중량부 및 팽창암석 1~3중량부를 포함하는 결합재;
40~45중량부의 혼합수;
1~2중량부의 실리카흄;
0.2~0.3중량부의 감수제;
0.05~0.2중량부의 섬유; 및
0.05~0.2중량부의 기포제;
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘을 첨가한 발포 경량보드의 제조방법. - 삭제

상기 발포 및 숙성단계는, 20~25℃의 온도에서 2~10시간 동안 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘을 첨가한 발포 경량보드의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 증기양생단계는, 60~85℃의 온도에서 6~24시간 동안 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘을 첨가한 발포 경량보드의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기포제는 광물성 기포제, 동물성 기포제 및 식물성 기포제로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘을 첨가한 발포 경량보드의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 팽창암석은 팽창질석 및 팽창진주암으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘을 첨가한 발포 경량보드의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 감수제는 폴리카르본산계 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산칼슘을 첨가한 발포 경량보드의 제조방법. - 제1항 및 제4항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 탄산칼슘을 첨가한 발포 경량보드.
