상기 실시예 1 내지 4 및 비교예1 내지 4의 치아 미백용 조성물을 2개월간 직접 사용하여 미백 효과를 평가하였다. 외인성 착색이 진행된 사람 80명을 선별하여 실험 착수전 절치순면의 색조를 일정한 조명 장치가 된 방에서 색조계를 사용하여 색조를 측정한 후 색조의 평균값이 거의 동일하도록 8군으로(각각 10명씩) 분류하여 각각의 치약 조성물을 분배하고 평상시 양치 습관대로 양치하도록 하였다. 치아의 명도 증가를 확인하기 위하여 색조계의 24종의 명도별 표준기준 중 관능적으로 식별이 용이한 10종을 선별하고 각각에 대하여 명도 값이 큰 순서로 1점에서 10점으로 평가 점수를 부가시켰다. 치약을 사용하기전 각 군별 치아 명도 값을 상기 기준에 의거하여 소수점 이하 첫째 자리 수까지 평가하고 2개월 동안 양치 후의 명도 값을 평가한 후 실험 전의 명도값 대비 평균 명도 값의 증가율을 산출하였다.The whitening effect was evaluated by directly using the tooth whitening compositions of Examples 1 to 4 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 for 2 months.
