Claims (12)
- 보강 빌딩 블록이
본질적으로
A) 적어도 1종의 섬유상 캐리어, 및
B) 에폭시 화합물 B1) 대 디아민 및/또는 폴리아민 성분 B2)의 화학량론비 0.8:1 내지 2:1의
B1) 적어도 1종의 에폭시 화합물, 및
B2) 적어도 1종의 디아민 및/또는 폴리아민
으로 형성된, 매트릭스 재료로서의 경화 조성물, 및
C) 임의로 추가 보조제 및 첨가제
로 형성된 리바를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 오토클레이브 기포 콘크리트 (AAC)로 제조된 보강 빌딩 블록. - 제1항에 있어서, 섬유상 캐리어가 유리, 탄소, 중합체, 천연 섬유, 광물 섬유 재료 및 세라믹 섬유로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 오토클레이브 기포 콘크리트 (AAC)로 제조된 보강 빌딩 블록.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에폭시 화합물 B1)이 히드록실 기를 갖거나 또는 갖지 않는, 포화, 불포화, 지방족, 시클로지방족, 방향족 및 헤테로시클릭 에폭시 화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 오토클레이브 기포 콘크리트 (AAC)로 제조된 보강 빌딩 블록.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에폭시 화합물 B1)이 글리시딜 에테르, 글리시딜 에스테르, 지방족 에폭시드, 비스페놀 A 및/또는 비스페놀 F를 기재로 하는 디글리시딜 에테르, 및 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 오토클레이브 기포 콘크리트 (AAC)로 제조된 보강 빌딩 블록.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 에폭시 화합물 B1)이 비스페놀 A 디글리시딜 에테르를 기재로 하는 에폭시 수지, 비스페놀 F 디글리시딜 에테르를 기재로 하는 에폭시 수지 및 시클로지방족 에폭시 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 오토클레이브 기포 콘크리트 (AAC)로 제조된 보강 빌딩 블록.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디아민 및/또는 폴리아민 B2)가 1급 및/또는 2급 디- 및/또는 폴리아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 오토클레이브 기포 콘크리트 (AAC)로 제조된 보강 빌딩 블록.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디아민 및/또는 폴리아민 B2)가 단독의 또는 혼합물의 하기 아민으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 오토클레이브 기포 콘크리트 (AAC)로 제조된 보강 빌딩 블록:
* 지방족 아민, 또는 폴리알킬렌폴리아민, 또는 에틸렌-1,2-디아민, 프로필렌-1,2-디아민, 프로필렌-1,3-디아민, 부틸렌-1,2-디아민, 부틸렌-1,3-디아민, 부틸렌-1,4-디아민, 2-(에틸아미노)에틸아민, 3-(메틸아미노)프로필아민, 디에틸렌트리아민, 트리에틸렌테트라민, 펜타에틸렌헥사민, 트리메틸헥사메틸렌디아민, 2,2,4-트리메틸헥사메틸렌디아민, 2,4,4-트리메틸헥사메틸렌디아민, 2-메틸펜탄디아민, 헥사메틸렌디아민, N-(2-아미노에틸)에탄-1,2-디아민, N-(3-아미노프로필)프로판-1,3-디아민, N,N"-1,2-에탄디일비스(1,3-프로판디아민), 디프로필렌트리아민, 아디프산 디히드라지드, 히드라진으로부터 선택된 것;
* 폴리옥시프로필렌디아민 및 폴리옥시프로필렌트리아민으로부터 선택된 옥시알킬렌폴리아민;
* 이소포론디아민 (3,5,5-트리메틸-3-아미노메틸시클로헥실아민), 단독의 또는 이성질체 혼합물의 4,4'-디아미노디시클로헥실메탄, 2,4'-디아미노디시클로헥실메탄 및 2,2'-디아미노디시클로헥실메탄, 3,3'-디메틸-4,4'-디아미노디시클로헥실메탄, N-시클로헥실-1,3-프로판디아민, 1,2-디아미노시클로헥산, 3-(시클로헥실아미노)프로필아민, 피페라진, N-아미노에틸피페라진, TCD 디아민 (3(4),8(9)-비스(아미노메틸)트리시클로[5.2.1.02,6]데칸)으로부터 선택된 시클로지방족 아민;
* 아르지방족 아민;
* 단독의 또는 이성질체 혼합물의 페닐렌디아민, 페닐렌-1,3-디아민, 페닐렌-1,4-디아민, 4,4'-디아미노디페닐메탄, 2,4'-디아미노디페닐메탄, 2,2'-디아미노디페닐메탄으로부터 선택된 방향족 아민;
* 에폭시 화합물, 또는 비스페놀 A 및 F의 글리시딜 에테르와 과량의 아민의 반응 생성물인 부가물 경화제;
* 모노- 및 폴리카르복실산과 폴리아민의 축합, 또는 이량체 지방산과 폴리알킬렌폴리아민의 축합에 의해 수득되는 폴리아미도아민 경화제;
* 1가 또는 다가 페놀과 알데히드, 또는 포름알데히드, 및 폴리아민의 반응에 의해 수득되는 만니히 염기 경화제;
* 만니히 염기, 포름알데히드, m-크실릴렌디아민, N-아미노에틸피페라진, N-아미노에틸피페라진과 노닐페놀 및/또는 벤질 알콜의 블렌드, 카르다놀, 알데히드 및 아민으로부터 만니히 반응으로 수득되는 페날카민. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디아민 및/또는 폴리아민 B2)가 이소포론디아민, 단독의 또는 이성질체 혼합물의 4,4'-디아미노디시클로헥실메탄, 2,4'-디아미노디시클로헥실메탄, 2,2'-디아미노디시클로헥실메탄, 2,2,4-트리메틸헥사메틸렌디아민과 2,4,4-트리메틸헥사메틸렌디아민의 이성질체 혼합물, 에폭시 화합물과 디아민 및/또는 폴리아민 B2)의 반응 생성물을 기재로 하는 부가물 경화제 또는 상기에 언급된 아민의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 오토클레이브 기포 콘크리트 (AAC)로 제조된 보강 빌딩 블록.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디아민 및/또는 폴리아민 B2)가 이소포론디아민 및/또는 이소포론디아민 및 2,2,4-트리메틸헥사메틸렌디아민과 2,4,4-트리메틸헥사메틸렌디아민의 이성질체 혼합물의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 오토클레이브 기포 콘크리트 (AAC)로 제조된 보강 빌딩 블록.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디- 및/또는 폴리아민과 적어도 1종의 잠재성 경화제의 혼합물이 성분 B2)로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 오토클레이브 기포 콘크리트 (AAC)로 제조된 보강 빌딩 블록.
- 제10항에 있어서, 적어도 1종의 잠재성 경화제가 디시안디아미드, 시아노구아니딘, 방향족 아민, 구아니딘, 개질 폴리아민, N-아실이미다졸, 이미다졸, 카르보닐 히드라지드, 트리아진 유도체, 멜라민 및 그의 유도체, N-시아노아실아미드 화합물, 및 아실티오프로필페놀로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 오토클레이브 기포 콘크리트 (AAC)로 제조된 보강 빌딩 블록.
- 본질적으로
A) 적어도 1종의 섬유상 캐리어, 및
B) 에폭시 화합물 B1) 대 디아민 및/또는 폴리아민 성분 B2)의 화학량론비 0.8:1 내지 2:1의
B1) 적어도 1종의 에폭시 화합물, 및
B2) 적어도 1종의 디아민 및/또는 폴리아민
으로 형성된, 매트릭스 재료로서의 경화 조성물, 및
C) 임의로 추가 보조제 및 첨가제
