Claims (5)
- 결착제와 물을 함유하는 집전체 코트용 접착제 도공액으로서,
상기 도공액의 pH 를 8 ± 0.1 로 조정하고, 100 메시 철망으로 여과한 후, 고형분 농도를 30 wt.% 로 조정하고, 이것을 100 메시 철망으로 여과하여, 회전수 1000 rpm, 가중 15 kg, 10 분간의 조건으로 마론식 기계 안정성 시험에 제공하고, 상기 마론식 기계 안정성 시험 후의 상기 도공액을 100 메시 철망으로 여과하여, 철망 상에 여과 채취된 응집물을 건조 후, 칭량하여 구해진 응집물 발생량의, 공시 (供試) 된 상기 도공액의 고형분 중량에 대한 비율이 0.3 wt.% 미만이고,
상기 도공액을 전해 동박의 전해면 상에 2 ㎕ 적하하고, 적하 후 1분 후의 액적을, 수평 방향으로부터 접촉각계를 사용하여 관찰된 이미지로부터, θ/2 법에 의해 산출한 상기 전해 동박과 상기 도공액의 접촉각이 60°미만이고,
FINAT-1991 FTM-9 (Quick-stick tack measurement) 에 준하여, 상기 도공액을 도공한 집전체의 25 ℃ 의 분위기 하에서 루프 택을 측정한 결과가 0.5 N/25 ㎜ 이상인, 집전체 코트용 접착제 도공액. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 결착제가 입자상 결착제인, 집전체 코트용 접착제 도공액. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 입자상 결착제의 유리 전이 온도가 -40 ℃ 이상 10 ℃ 이하인, 집전체 코트용 접착제 도공액. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
계면활성제를 함유하고, 상기 계면활성제의 농도가 0.1 wt.% 이상 3 wt.% 미만인, 집전체 코트용 접착제 도공액. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
택성 부여재를 함유하는, 집전체 코트용 접착제 도공액.
