도 2 는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 퀵 커넥터의 본체부를 보여주는 도면이다.

도 4 는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 퀵 커넥터의 리테이너를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 5 는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 퀵 커넥터에 대한 설치 가이드부의 체결 상태를 보여주는 도면이다.
도 6 은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 퀵 커넥터에 대한 설치 가이드부의 체결 해제 상태를 보여주는 도면이다.

Claims (6)
- 유체의 유입 또는 유출이 이루어지는 유체 통로의 외주면에 마련된 돌출부와 결합되는 퀵 커넥터에 있어서,
상기 돌출부에 걸림 위치되도록 하는 걸림 부재가 상기 돌출부를 향하여 돌출 형성되고, 상기 유체 통로를 내부에 수용하는 본체부; 및
상기 걸림 부재를 내부에 수용하며 상기 본체부의 외주면에 결합되고, 상기 본체부의 길이 방향을 따라 슬라이드 이동하여 상기 걸림 부재가 상기 돌출부에서 걸림 또는 걸림 해제되도록 가이드 하는 설치 가이드부;를 포함하고,
상기 본체부는,
상기 유체 통로와 연통되도록 상기 유체 통로에 대응하는 형상으로 형성되는 몸체부재;
상기 몸체부재에서 길이를 가지며 돌출 설치되고, 한 쌍으로 구비되어 상기 돌출부의 양측과 마주하게 위치되는 연결부재; 및
상기 돌출부에 걸림 위치되도록 상기 연결부재의 일단부에서 상기 돌출부를 향해 절곡 형성되는 걸림 부재;를 구비하며,
상기 본체부는,
상기 몸체부재의 외주면에 한 쌍으로 설치되며, 내부에 삽입 영역을 가지는 홈 형상으로 형성되어 상기 설치 가이드부의 슬라이드 이동 경로를 가이드 하는 이동 가이드를 더 구비하고,
상기 설치 가이드부는,
상기 이동 가이드의 위치와 대응되는 위치에 형성된 결합 홀에 결합되며, 일단부가 상기 이동 가이드의 내부에 삽입되어 상기 삽입 영역을 따라 이동하도록 형성되는 리테이너를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 퀵 커넥터.

상기 걸림 부재는,
상기 돌출부에 걸림 위치되도록 한 쌍으로 구비되고, 탄성을 가진 재질로 형성되며, 상기 돌출부의 폭 간격 보다 긴 간격을 가지도록 초기 위치가 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 퀵 커넥터.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 설치 가이드부는,
상기 초기 위치에 해당하는 상기 걸림 부재의 사이 간격이 상기 돌출부의 폭 간격에 대응하게 가변되도록 상기 본체부의 길이 방향을 따라 이동하여 상기 걸림 부재를 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 퀵 커넥터.
