Claims (18)
- 다공성 기재; 및
상기 다공성 기재의 적어도 일면에 복수의 환형 패턴을 포함하는 코팅층을 포함하고,
상기 환형 패턴은 복수의 고분자 미립자를 포함하되 무기물은 포함하지 않고,
상기 환형 패턴은 일정한 간격으로 이격되어 있으며,
상기 환형 패턴의 입경은 10 ㎛ 내지 200 ㎛이고,
상기 환형 패턴의 고리는 0.2 ㎛ 내지 1.5 ㎛의 폭(고리의 두께)을 가지는, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제1항에서,
상기 환형 패턴은 10 ㎛ 내지 1000 ㎛의 간격으로 이격되어 있는, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제1항에서,
상기 환형 패턴은 50 ㎛ 내지 150 ㎛의 입경을 가지는, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제1항에서,
상기 환형 패턴의 고리는 0.5 ㎛ 내지 1.2 ㎛의 폭(고리의 두께)을 가지는, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제1항에서,
상기 고분자 미립자는 불소계 고분자 미립자, (메타)아크릴계 고분자 미립자 및 이들의 혼합물에서 선택되는 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제1항에서,
상기 고분자 미립자의 입경은 100 nm 내지 600 nm인, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제5항에서,
상기 불소계 고분자 미립자는 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드(polyvinylidene fluoride, PVdF), 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드-헥사플루오로프로필렌(polyvinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) 및 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드-트리클로로에틸렌(polyvinylidene fluoride-co-trichloroethylene)에서 선택되는 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제5항에서,
상기 (메타)아크릴계 고분자 미립자는 폴리(메타)아크릴레이트, 폴리부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 폴리펜틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 폴리헥실(메타)아크릴레이트 및 폴리아크릴로니트릴에서 선택되는 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제1항에서,
상기 환형 패턴은 0.5 g/m2 내지 1.5 g/m2의 로딩양을 가지는, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제1항에서,
상기 코팅층은 0.1 ㎛ 내지 5 ㎛의 두께를 가지는, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터. - 제1항에서,
상기 환형 패턴의 면적은 상기 다공성 기재 총면적의 40 % 내지 80 %이고, 상기 환형 패턴의 고리가 차지하는 면적은 다공성 기재 총면적의 5% 내지 30 %인, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터. - 불소계 고분자 미립자, (메타)아크릴계 고분자 미립자 및 이들의 혼합물 중 적어도 하나와 물을 혼합하여 코팅층 조성물을 제조하고,
다공성 기재의 적어도 일면에 상기 코팅층 조성물을 잉크젯 코팅법으로 코팅한 후 건조하여 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항의 세퍼레이터를 제조하는, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터의 제조방법. - 제12항에서,
상기 코팅층 조성물은 0.1 cps 내지 10 cps의 점도를 가지는, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터의 제조방법. - 제12항에서,
상기 코팅층 조성물은 불소계 고분자 미립자와 (메타)아크릴계 고분자 입자를 90:10 내지 50:50의 중량비로 포함하는, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터의 제조방법. - 제12항에서,
상기 불소계 고분자 미립자는 입경이 100 nm 내지 300 nm인 고분자 미립자를 포함하는, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터의 제조 방법. - 제12항에서,
상기 (메타)아크릴계 고분자는 입경이 250 nm 내지 600 nm인 고분자 미립자를 포함하는, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터의 제조 방법. - 제12항에서,
상기 잉크젯 코팅법은, 다공성 기재 위에, 상기 코팅층 조성물을 잉크젯 헤드의 노즐수 밀도를 50 (dpi) 내지 1000 (dpi)로 하여, 20℃ 내지 55℃의 온도에서 1.0 KHz 내지 10 KHz의 주파수 및 10 mm/sec 내지 500 mm/sec의 속도로 분사하여 코팅하는 것인, 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터의 제조방법. - 양극;
음극;
상기 양극과 음극 사이에 개재되는 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항의 이차 전지용 세퍼레이터; 및
전해액을 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지.
