Claims (31)
- 바이오 프로세스 부품에 부착된 무균 접속기를 통해 바이오 프로세스 부품 상에 살균된 주변 장치를 설치하기 위한 무균 주변 장치 결합 조립체로서, 상기 주변 장치 결합 조립체는:
a. 운반기는 상기 운반기가 설치되는 위치에서 바이오 프로세스 부품 상의 무균 접속기와 누설 방지 밀봉부를 형성하도록 구성되는 살균된 주변 장치 및 밀봉 부재를 구비하고, 상기 운반기는 장착기 슬리브 내의 위치로부터 무균 접속기와 결합된 위치에 삽입되어 누설 방지 밀봉부를 형성하게 구성되는, 장착기 슬리브 내에 배치되는 운반기;
b. 장착기 슬리브는 부품-대면 개구를 갖고, 장착기 접속기는 바이오 프로세스 부품 상에서 무균 접속기와 결합하게 구성되는, 장착기 슬리브 및 장착기 접속기를 구비하는 장착기; 및
c. 바이오 프로세스 부품 상에 설치하기 전에 무균 상태로 살균된 주변 장치를 유지하도록 장착기 슬리브의 부품-대면 개구를 커버하는 분리 가능한 완전 밀폐 탭을 포함하는, 무균 주변 장치 결합 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서, 운반기는 전기화학적 센서, 온도용 센서, pH용 센서, 또는 1회용 센서를 포함하는, 무균 주변 장치 결합 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 운반기는 2개 이상의 센서를 포함하는, 무균 주변 장치 결합 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 운반기는 운반기의 측면에 노출된 검출 표면을 구비하는 하나 이상의 센서를 포함하는, 무균 주변 장치 결합 조립체.

- 제1항에 있어서, 분리 가능한 완전 밀폐 탭은 1 mil 내지 20 mil 의 두께를 갖는 필름 또는 시트를 포함하는, 무균 주변 장치 결합 조립체.

b. 무균 접속기가 부착된 바이오 프로세스 부품 하우징을 포함하는, 바이오 프로세스 부품 키트. - 제16항에 있어서, 운반기는 선반부를 포함하고, 무균 접속기는 선반부 주위에 고정하도록 구성된 유지 끼움부(retaining clip)를 포함하는, 바이오 프로세스 부품 키트.
- 제16항에 있어서, 주변 장치는 바이오 프로세스 부품 하우징에 설치되어, 설치된 위치에 있는 운반기가 무균 접속기를 통해 바이오 프로세스 부품 하우징 내에서 연장되는 일 단부를 구비하는, 바이오 프로세스 부품 키트.

- 바이오 프로세스 부품에 부착된 무균 접속기를 통해 바이오 프로세스 부품 상에 살균된 주변 장치를 설치하기 위한 무균 주변 장치 결합 조립체를 제작하는 방법으로, 무균 주변 장치 결합 조립체는 (i)운반기는 상기 운반기가 설치된 위치에서 바이오 프로세스 부품 상의 무균 접속기와 누설 방지 밀봉부를 형성하게 구성된 밀봉 부재 및 살균된 주변 장치를 구비하는, 장착기 슬리브 내에 배치되는 운반기; 및 (ⅱ)장착기 슬리브는 부품-대면 개구를 갖고 그리고 장착기 접속기는 바이오 프로세스 부품 상에서 무균 접속기에 결합하게 구성되는, 장착기 슬리브와 장착기 접속기를 구비하는 장착기를 포함하고, 상기 방법은:
a. 장착기에 운반기를 배치하는 단계;
b. 완전 밀폐된 패키지에 무균 주변 장치 결합 조립체를 패키지하는 단계; 및
c. 무균 주변 장치 결합 조립체를 살균하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 살균 단계는 15 kGy 초과 레벨의 방사선 노출은 이용하지 않는, 방법. - 제21항에 있어서, 상기 패키지 단계 전에, 장착기 내의 운반기를 플라즈마 클리닝하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
