도 5는 본 발명의 제조예 1 및 비교제조예 1에 의해 제조된 촉매를 이용하여 실시예 2에 따라 내구성 실험을 진행한 후 얻은 촉매 사진.

Claims (8)
- 삭제
- 몰리브덴 전구체를 소성하여 몰리브덴 담체를 제조한 후, 상기 몰리브덴 담체 100 중량부에 대해 원소기준으로 니켈 5 ~ 15 중량부가 되도록 니켈 전구체를 담지한 후, 건조 및 환원하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 개질용 니켈/몰리브덴 촉매 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 몰리브덴 전구체의 소성은 질소 및 산소를 포함하는 기체 분위기에서 500 ~ 700℃ 온도로 1 ~ 10 시간 수행되며, 승온속도가 1 ~ 10℃/min로 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 개질용 니켈/몰리브덴 촉매 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 환원은 수소, 암모니아, 메탄으로부터 선택되는 환원성 가스와 질소를 포함하는 기체 분위기에서 500 ~ 700℃ 온도로 1 ~ 10 시간 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 개질용 니켈/몰리브덴 촉매 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 몰리브덴 전구체는 암모늄 몰리브데이트 ((NH4)6Mo7O27 4H2O), 소디움 몰리브데이트 (Na2MoO4), 암모늄 테트라티오 몰리브데이트((NH4)2MoS4), 몰리브데늄 트리옥사이드 (MoO3) 또는 몰리브데늄 클로라이드 (MoCl5)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 개질용 니켈/몰리브덴 촉매 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 니켈 전구체는 니켈 나이트레이트(N2NiO6), 니켈 나이트라헥사하이드레이드(Ni(NO3)2ㆍ6H2O), 니켈 클로라이드 하이드레이드(NiCl2ㆍxH2O) 또는 니켈 설파이드 헥사하이드레이드(NiSO4ㆍ6H2O)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 휘발성 유기화합물 개질용 니켈/몰리브덴 촉매 제조방법.
