Description
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 제1 구체예에서 분할 시스템을 갖는 접착 테이프의 개략도를 도시한 것이다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 제2 구체예에서 분할 시스템을 갖는 접착 테이프의 추가 개략도를 도시한 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 제3 구체예에서 분할 시스템을 갖는 접착 테이프의 추가 개략도를 도시한 것이다.
도 4a 내지 도 4e는 플라이 상에서 롤 교체 동안에 본 발명에 따른 플랫 웹 물질의 개략도를 도시한 것이다.
Claims (13)
- 플라이(fly) 상에서 롤(R, B) 상에 권취된 플랫 웹 물질(flat web material)(RB)을 교체하기 위한 접착 테이프(K)로서,
제1 표면(K31) 및 상기 제1 표면(K31)의 반대편에 있는 제2 표면(K32)을 갖는 캐리어 층(K3);
상기 캐리어 층(K3)의 상기 제1 표면(K31) 상의, 면(face)의 적어도 일부 상에 간접적으로 또는 직접적으로 배치된 제1 접착제 화합물 층(K1);
상기 캐리어 층(K3)의 상기 제2 표면(K32)의 적어도 한 면 영역(face region) 상에 간접적으로 배치된 제2 접착제 화합물 층(K2); 및
접착 테이프(K)를 평면 방식(planar manner)으로 분할시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 소정의 파괴면(breaking face)을 갖고,
상기 소정의 파괴면은 상기 캐리어 층(K3)과 상기 제2 접착제 화합물 층(K2) 사이의 분할 시스템(K4)의 일부로서 구성되며,
분할 후에 상기 접착 테이프(K)의 진행 방향에 대해 길이방향으로 상기 제2 접착제 화합물 층(K2) 상에 잔류하는 상기 분할 시스템(K4)의 그러한 부분(K4b)의 찢김력(tear-off force)을 증가시키는 강화 층(reinforcement layer)(VS1)이 상기 제2 접착제 화합물 층(K2)과 상기 분할 시스템(K4) 사이에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하며,
상기 강화 층(VS1)이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리아미드, 폴리스티렌, 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(PET) 및 폴리비닐 클로라이드(PVC)로부터 선택되는 폴리머; 금속; 또는 페이퍼를 포함하는, 접착 테이프(K). - 제1항에 있어서, 강화 층(VS1)이 압출 방법에 의해 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는, 접착 테이프(K).
- 제1항에 있어서, 강화 층(VS1)이 그 위에 라미네이션되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접착 테이프(K).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강화 층(VS1)이 폴리머 물질로부터 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접착 테이프(K).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강화 층(VS1)이 페이퍼로부터 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접착 테이프(K).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강화 층(VS1)이 금속을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접착 테이프(K).
- 제6항에 있어서, 금속이 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는, 접착 테이프(K).
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 접착 테이프(K)의 길이 방향에 대해 가로로 손으로 찢어질 수 있게 하기 위해 강화 층(VS1)이 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접착 테이프(K).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2 접착제 화합물 층(K2) 상에 잔류하는 분할 시스템(K4)의 그러한 부분(K4b)의 찢김력이 접착 테이프(K)의 길이 방향에서 적어도 10 N/15 mm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 접착 테이프(K).
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 캐리어 층(K3)과 분할 시스템(K4) 사이에 추가 강화 층(VS2)이 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 접착 테이프(K).
- 롤(R, B) 상에 권취된 플랫 웹 물질(flat web material)(RB)로서, 상기 플랫 웹 물질(RB)은 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 접착 테이프(K)를 갖는 플랫 웹 물질(RB).
