Claims (2)
- 비구면 엘이디 렌즈용 스크류 실린더 구조체에 있어서,
호퍼(110)를 통해 수지를 내부로 공급하기 위에 일정 길이로 형성되는 사출실린더(100);
상기 사출실린더(100)의 선단부에 고정되어 금형부(10)로 수지를 공급하는 노즐(200);
상기 사출실린더(100)의 내부에 장착되며 호퍼(110)를 통해 공급되어 용융된 수지를 사출실린더(100) 전방에 고정된 노즐(200)을 통해 금형부(10)로 공급하는 스크류(300)를 포함하며,
상기 노즐(200)은,
전방에 배출구(220)가 형성되는 팁부(210);
상기 팁부(210)의 후방에 형성되어 팁부(210)를 사출실린더(100)에 고정시키는 고정부(230)가 구비되며,
상기 배출구(220)는,
중앙에 형성되는 메인유로(221);
상기 메인유로(221)의 양측에 형성되는 보조유로(222)가 구비되며,
상기 보조유로(222)는 메인유로(221)보다 작은 직경으로 형성되어 메인유로(221)보다 작은량의 수지가 공급되도록 하고, 상기 메인유로(221) 전방의 직경은 후방의 직경보다 좁게 형성되어 용융된 수지의 공급속도를 빠르게 하며,
상기 노즐(200)에는 금형부(10)가 맞닿아 있으며, 메인유로(221)는 금형부(10)의 내부와 연통되고, 상기 금형부(10)에는 보조유로(222)와 연통되어 용융된 수지가 금형부(10)의 캐비티(13) 측으로 공급되도록 하는 공급유로(223)가 형성되며,
상기 공급유로(223)는 캐비티(13)의 가장자리 측으로 용융된 수지가 공급될 수 있도록 일정 각도 휘어지도록 형성되어 용융된 수지가 사출공간으로 균일하게 공급되면서 기공 발생을 방지하게 되고,
상기 고정부(230)는,
상기 팁부(210)의 단부에 형성되는 고정결합편(231);
상기 고정결합편(231)과 사출실린더(100)의 선단부 사이에 장착되는 2중 구조의 패킹(232);
상기 패킹(232) 사이에 장착되어 패킹(232)의 센터를 용이하게 맞추게 하는 오링(233);
상기 사출실린더(100)의 선단부에 결합되며 고정결합편(231)의 후단부에 나사체결되는 조인트(234)가 구비되며,
상기 조인트(234)의 선단부에 형성되어 조인트(234)의 나사체결시 패킹(232)을노즐(200)의 팁부(210) 측으로 가압하여 밀폐력을 높이는 가압편(235)이 더 구비되고,
상기 사출실린더(100)의 선단부 외주면에는 일정 각도 경사진 밀착안내면(400)이 형성되고,
상기 노즐(200)의 팁부(210) 내측면에는 밀착안내면(400)과 대응하는 각도로 밀착면(410)이 형성되며, 상기 노즐(200)이 사출실린더(100)에 고정될 때, 밀착면(400)이 밀착안내면(410)에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비구면 엘이디 렌즈 제조용 스크류 실린더 구조체.
