도 3은 도 1에 개략적으로 도시된 일반적인 타입의 유체 공급 패키지의 개략적인 부분 단면도로서, 대응하는 부품은 용이한 참조를 위해 대응하게 넘버링되어 있다.
도 4는 도 1 및 도 3에 관하여 도시되고 설명된 용기에 사용되는 일반적인 타입의 압력 레귤레이터의 단면도이다.
도 5는 도 1 및 도 3의 유체 공급 패키지를 참조하여 도시 및 설명된 타입의 직렬 배치된 이중 레귤레이터 조립체의 개략도이다.
도 6은 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 일반적인 타입의 압력 레귤레이터의 부분 확대도로서, 입구 통로를 폐색하고 유체 유동을 방지하기 위해 압력 레귤레이터의 입구 통로에 안착되는 포핏의 원추형 단부 섹션을 보여준다.
도 7은 도 4 내지 도 6에 도시된 타입의 압력 레귤레이터에 이용되는 포핏 및 스템 조립체의 분해도이다.

Claims (10)
- 압력 레귤레이터 조립체로서,
분배 용기의 내부 용적 내에 위치하고, 입구 및 출구를 구비한 챔버를 갖는 하우징을 포함하는 압력 레귤레이터로서, 상기 챔버는 내부에 챔버 내의 압력 변화에 대응하여 확장 및 수축하도록 된 다이어프램 요소를 갖는 벨로우즈(bellows) 구조체를 갖는 압력 감지 조립체를 포함하는, 압력 레귤레이터;
개방 및 폐쇄 상태 사이에서 압력 감지 조립체의 이동을 안정화시키고 진동을 감쇠시키도록 된 감쇠 조립체로서, 상기 압력 감지 조립체 내에 위치하는, 감쇠 조립체; 및
압력 감지 조립체와 커플링되어 작동하고, 챔버의 입구 및 출구 사이의 유체 압력을 조절하도록 된 포핏(poppet) 폐쇄 조립체로서, 상기 포핏 폐쇄 조립체는 챔버의 입구에 위치한 시트 구조체 및 포핏 요소를 포함하고, 상기 포핏 요소는 시트 구조체와 상호 결합하고(mate) 접촉하여 밀봉을 형성하도록 된 상부의 구형-형상의 표면을 갖는, 포핏 폐쇄 조립체
를 포함하는, 압력 레귤레이터 조립체. - 삭제

압력 조절식 유체 보관 및 분배 용기;

압력 감지 조립체와 커플링되어 작동하고, 챔버의 입구 및 출구 사이의 유체 압력을 조절하도록 된 포핏 폐쇄 조립체로서, 상기 포핏 폐쇄 조립체는 챔버의 입구에 위치한 시트 구조체 및 포핏 요소를 포함하고, 상기 포핏 요소는 시트 구조체와 상호 결합 하고 접촉하여 밀봉을 형성하도록 된 상부의 구형-형상의 표면을 갖는, 포핏 폐쇄 조립체; 및
분배 용기와 커플링되고 배출 포트를 통해 용기로부터 유체를 분배하도록 된 밸브 헤드로서, 압력 레귤레이터는 상기 배출 포트의 상류에 위치하고 상기 밸브 헤드와 커플링되며, 상기 밸브 헤드는 용기로부터의 유체 분배를 제어하도록 작동하는 유동 제어 밸브를 포함하는, 밸브 헤드
