도 2는 본 발명의 유정관용 조인트가 압축력 및 인장력이 작용함에 따른 상태를 도시한 시뮬레이션 결과이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 유정관용 조인트의 강도보강부재를 별도의 링 형상의 부재로 구비한 실시예를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 유정관용 조인트의 강도보강부재에 라운드 형상을 부여한 실시예를 도시한 사시도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 유정관용 조인트의 강도보강부재를 실링부재에 구비시킨 실시예를 도시한 사시도이다.

Claims (7)
- 외부나사산이 외주면에 형성된 핀부재;
상기 핀부재의 상기 외부나사산과 체결되는 내부나사산이 내주면에 형성된 박스부재; 및
상기 핀부재의 단부인 가압단부 및 상기 가압단부에 의해 가압되는 상기 박스부재의 가압지지부 중 적어도 하나에 구비되며, 상기 핀부재 및 박스부재보다 적어도 항복강도가 큰 소재로 형성되는 강도보강부재;
를 포함하고,
상기 강도보강부재는,
상기 핀부재 및 박스부재보다 항복강도가 큰 소재를 용융시켜, 상기 가압단부 또는 상기 가압지지부에 형성되도록, 덧살용접으로 구비되고,
상기 강도보강부재는,
상기 가압지지부에 형성된 제1강도보강부재; 및
상기 가압단부에 형성된 제2강도보강부재;
를 포함하며,
상기 제1강도보강부재 및 제2강도보강부재 중에 상대적으로 항복강도가 큰 소재로 형성된 강도보강부재는 다른 강도보강부재와 접하는 부분이 라운드 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유정관용 조인트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강도보강부재는,
항복강도가 900 ~ 1000 MPa인 소재 또는 티타늄 소재로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유정관용 조인트. - 삭제
- 외부나사산이 외주면에 형성된 핀부재;
상기 핀부재의 상기 외부나사산과 체결되는 내부나사산이 내주면에 형성된 박스부재; 및
상기 핀부재의 단부인 가압단부 및 상기 가압단부에 의해 가압되는 상기 박스부재의 가압지지부 중 적어도 하나에 구비되며, 상기 핀부재 및 박스부재보다 적어도 항복강도가 큰 소재로 형성되는 강도보강부재;
를 포함하고,
상기 강도보강부재는,
링 형상으로 형성되어, 상기 가압단부 또는 가압지지부에 용접결합되고,
상기 강도보강부재는,
상기 가압지지부에 형성된 제1강도보강부재; 및
상기 가압단부에 형성된 제2강도보강부재;
를 포함하며,
상기 제1강도보강부재 및 제2강도보강부재 중에 상대적으로 항복강도가 큰 소재로 형성된 강도보강부재는 다른 강도보강부재와 접하는 부분이 라운드 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유정관용 조인트. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 강도보강부재는,
상기 가압단부 또는 가압지지부의 부분을 열처리하여 다른 부분보다 항복강도가 높은 성질로 변형하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유정관용 조인트. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 핀부재와 상기 박스부재가 서로 축 방향으로 나사 결합하여 맞닿는 부분에 구비되는 실링부재;
를 포함하고,
상기 강도보강부재는, 상기 실링부재에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유정관용 조인트.
