Claims (22)
- 하기 블록 공중합체 또는 그 수소 첨가물 (X), 및 유리 전이 온도 -50 ∼ 45 ℃ 의 점착 부여 수지 (Y) 를 함유하는 수지 조성물로서,
상기 블록 공중합체 또는 그 수소 첨가물 (X) 의 중합체 블록 (B) 의 유리 전이 온도를 Tg (X) 로 하고, 상기 점착 부여 수지 (Y) 의 유리 전이 온도를 Tg (Y) 로 하였을 때, Tg (X) 와 Tg (Y) 의 차의 절대값이 50 ℃ 이하인, 수지 조성물.
블록 공중합체 또는 그 수소 첨가물 (X) : 방향족 비닐 화합물에서 유래되는 구조 단위를 70 몰% 초과 함유하는 중합체 블록 (A) 와, 공액 디엔 화합물 및 이소부틸렌으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종에서 유래되는 구조 단위를 30 몰% 이상 함유하는 중합체 블록 (B) 를 갖는 블록 공중합체, 또는 그 수소 첨가물로서, 상기 블록 공중합체에 있어서의 중합체 블록 (A) 의 함유량이 25 질량% 이하인, 블록 공중합체 또는 그 수소 첨가물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 점착 부여 수지 (Y) 의 분자량이 100 ∼ 10,000 인, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 점착 부여 수지 (Y) 가 지환식 골격을 갖는, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 점착 부여 수지 (Y) 가 산소 원자를 함유하는, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 점착 부여 수지 (Y) 의 산가가 100 ㎎KOH/g 이하인, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 점착 부여 수지 (Y) 가, 로진계 수지, 페놀계 수지 및 쿠마론-인덴계 수지로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인, 수지 조성물. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 로진계 수지가 수소 첨가 또는 비수소 첨가 로진에스테르인, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 점착 부여 수지 (Y) 가 25 ℃ 에서 액상인, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 블록 공중합체 또는 그 수소 첨가물 (X) 의 중량 평균 분자량이 20,000 ∼ 800,000 인, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수소 첨가물에 있어서, 상기 중합체 블록 (B) 에 있어서의 수소 첨가율이 80 ∼ 99 몰% 인, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 블록 공중합체 또는 그 수소 첨가물 (X) 에 있어서, 공액 디엔 화합물이, 이소프렌, 부타디엔, 또는 이소프렌과 부타디엔의 혼합물인, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 블록 공중합체에 있어서의 중합체 블록 (A) 의 함유량이 1 ∼ 15 질량% 인, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
성분 (X) 와 성분 (Y) 의 함유 비율 [X/Y] 가, 질량비로, 90/10 ∼ 10/90 인, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 블록 공중합체 또는 그 수소 첨가물 (X) 를 하기 성형 조건에 따라 성형하여 얻어지는 두께 1 ㎜ 의 필름의 모르폴로지가, 스피어 (구상) 의 마이크로 상분리 구조를 갖는, 수지 조성물.
성형 조건 : 온도 200 ℃, 압력 10 ㎫ 로 3 분간 가압한다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 조성물을 하기 성형 조건에 따라 성형하여 얻어지는 두께 1 ㎜ 의 필름의 모르폴로지가, 스피어 (구상) 의 마이크로 상분리 구조를 갖는, 수지 조성물.
성형 조건 : 온도 200 ℃, 압력 10 ㎫ 로 3 분간 가압한다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 조성물의 tanδ 의 피크 톱 온도에 있어서의 저장 탄성률 G'(top) 에 대한, 상기 피크 톱 온도 -5 ℃ 에 있어서의 저장 탄성률 G'(-5) 의 비율 [G'(-5)/G'(top)] 이 10 이상인, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
JIS K7244-10 (2005년) 에 준거하여, 변형량 0.1 %, 주파수 1 ㎐, 측정 온도 -70 ∼ 200 ℃, 승온 속도 3 ℃/분의 조건에서 측정한 tanδ 의 피크 톱 강도가 2.5 이상인, 수지 조성물. - 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 조성물을 함유하여 이루어지는 펠릿.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 조성물을 함유하여 이루어지는 베일.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 조성물을 함유하여 이루어지는 제진재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 조성물을 함유하여 이루어지는 차음재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 수지 조성물을 함유하여 이루어지는 합판 유리용 중간막.
