Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 열경화성 폴리머 매트릭스 내에 보강 물질을 포함하는 폴리머 매트릭스 복합체로부터 상기 보강 물질을 분리하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 (i) 상기 폴리머 매트릭스 복합체 및 (ii) 페놀, 크레졸, 카테콜, 레조르시놀, 하이드로퀴논, 하이드록실벤조산, 니트로페놀, 니트로소페놀, 페놀알데히드 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 페놀 화합물, 및 메탄 술폰산, 톨루엔 술폰산 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 산성 촉매를 10 내지 60 중량%로 포함하는 재생 조성물을 접촉시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 재생 조성물은 30 ℃ 내지 200 ℃의 온도로 가열되며 1 bar 내지 20 bar의 압력 범위에서 처리되고, 상기 재생 조성물로 접촉시킴으로써 상기 열경화성 폴리머 매트릭스는 (a) 사슬 절단을 통해 분해되고 상기 재생 조성물 내에 용해되며, (b) 결과적으로 상기 재생 조성물로 상기 보강 물질을 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재생 조성물은 50 ℃ 내지 200 ℃의 온도로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재생 조성물은 5 bar 내지 20 bar 범위의 압력으로 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 폴리머 매트릭스는 에폭시 수지, 멜라민 포름알데히드, 폴리에스테르 수지, 우레아 포름알데히드, 비닐 에스테르, 페놀 수지, 폴리우레탄, 시아네이트 에스테르, 폴리이미드 수지, 말레이미드 수지 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 폴리머 매트릭스는 에폭시 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강 물질은 섬유, 직물, 입자 또는 이들의 조합의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강 물질은 나노-물질의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강 물질은 세라믹, 점토, 금속, 금속 산화물, 금속 탄화물, 유리, 석영, 현무암, 탄소, 흑연, 붕소, 질화 붕소, 식물 물질 또는 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강 물질은 탄소 섬유, 탄소 직물, 유리 섬유, 유리 직물 및 이들의 조합으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배치식으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
