Abstract
5 ~ 15 중량%의 빌다글립틴 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염; 및
85 ~ 95 중량%의 메트포민 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하고,
메트포민의 83 ~ 92 중량%는 과립의 형태이고, 상기 과립은 과립의 건조 중량 기준으로 20.5 ~ 25.0 중량%의 제약상 허용되는 결합제를 포함하는 것이고,
빌다글립틴, 메트포민, 또는 각각의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염으로 이루어진 활성성분을 건조 중량 기준으로 75.0 ~ 85.0 중량% 포함하는 정제; 및
그 제조방법을 제공한다.

Claims (12)
- 활성성분으로서
5 ~ 15중량%의 빌다글립틴 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염; 및
85 ~ 95 중량%의 메트포민 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염을 포함하고,
메트포민 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염의 83 ~ 92 중량%는 습식과립의 형태이고, 상기 습식과립은 습식과립의 건조 중량 기준으로 20.5 ~ 25.0 중량%의 제약상 허용되는 결합제를 포함하는 것이고,
빌다글립틴, 메트포민, 또는 각각의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염으로 이루어진 활성성분을 건조 중량 기준으로 75.0 ~ 85.0 중량% 포함하는 정제. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성성분으로서 빌다글립틴 질산염 및 메트포민 염산염을 포함하는 것인 정제.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제는 전분, 셀룰로스, 미세결정질 셀룰로스, 하이드록시프로필 셀룰로스, 히드록실에틸 셀룰로스, 히드록실프로필메틸 셀룰로스, 수크로스, 덱스트로스, 옥수수 시럽, 다당류 및 젤라틴으로부터 선택된 것인 정제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 정제는 제약상 허용되는 부형제를 10 ~ 20 중량% 포함하는 것인 정제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 부형제는 희석제, 붕해제, 결합제, 활택제, 및 코팅제로부터 선택되는 것인 정제.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 부형제는 결합제, 활택제, 및 코팅제를 포함하는 것인 것인 정제.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 부형제는 하이드록시프로필 메틸 셀룰로오스, 스테아르산 마그네슘, 및 오파드라이를 포함하는 것인 정제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단위 정제 당 빌다글립틴 질산염을 염기로서 50 mg, 메트포민 염산염 500 ~ 1,000 mg을 포함하는 것인 정제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 대한약전 일반시험법에 따른 빌다글립틴의 함량균일성 시험 판정값이 6 이하이고, 메트포민의 질량편차시험 판정값이 3 이하인 것인 정제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비-인슐린-의존성 당뇨병, 관절염, 비만증, 동종이식, 칼시토닌-골다공증, 심장부전, 글루코스 대사부전, IGT (글루코스 내성 부전), 알츠하이머병, 파킨슨병, 고지혈증, 당뇨병성 심근병증, 좌심실 또는 우심실 비대, 동맥, 대혈관 또는 둘 다에서의 비후성 내측 비대, 장간막 혈관계 비대, 혈관사이 비대, 신경변성 장애 또는 인지 장애의 치료를 위한 것인 정제.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 2, 및 청구항 4 내지 11 중 어느 한 항에 따른 정제의 제조방법으로서,
정제 중의 메트포민 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염의 83~92 중량%를 결합제와 함께 습식과립화하여 메트포민 습식과립을 제조하는 단계;
나머지 함량인 8~17 중량%의 메트포민 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염, 빌다글립틴 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염, 및 상기 제조된 메트포민 습식과립을 혼합하는 단계;
상기 혼합물에 활택제를 부가하고 혼합한 다음, 압축 타정하여 나정을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 나정을 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것인 제조방법.
