Abstract

Claims (27)
- Tg1로 표시되는 유리 전이 온도를 갖는 가교 수지(102)에 매립된 유리 필라멘트(101)를 포함하는 유리-섬유-보강 중합체 ("GRC"로 약칭됨)로 제조된 하나 이상의 모노필라멘트(들)(10)를 포함하는 다중복합체 보강재(R1, R2)이며,
- 열가소성 물질 층(12)이 상기 모노필라멘트를 피복하거나, 또는, 여러 개가 존재하는 경우, 각 모노필라멘트를 개별적으로 피복하거나 또는 모노필라멘트들의 전부 또는 적어도 일부를 집합적으로 피복하고;
- 상기 모노필라멘트 또는, 여러 개가 존재하는 경우, 모노필라멘트들의 전부 또는 적어도 일부가 하기 특징:
- 190℃ 이상의 온도 Tg1;
- 4.0% 이상의, 20℃에서 측정된, A(M)으로 표시되는 파단 신율;
- 35 GPa을 초과하는, 20℃에서 측정된, E(M)으로 표시되는 초기 인장 모듈러스
를 갖는 것
을 특징으로 하는 다중복합체 보강재(R1, R2). - 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 물질의, Tg2로 표시되는 유리 전이 온도가 -30℃를 초과하는, 다중복합체 보강재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모노필라멘트 또는, 여러 개가 존재하는 경우, 모노필라멘트들의 전부 또는 적어도 일부의 가교 수지(102)가 폴리에스테르 또는 비닐 에스테르 수지인, 다중복합체 보강재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모노필라멘트 또는, 여러 개가 존재하는 경우, 각 모노필라멘트의, DM으로 표시되는 직경이 0.2 mm와 2.0 mm 사이인, 다중복합체 보강재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 물질이 중합체 또는 중합체 조성물인, 다중복합체 보강재.
- 제5항에 있어서, 중합체가 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리이미드 및 그러한 중합체의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된, 다중복합체 보강재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 20℃에서 측정된, E(R)로 표시되는 초기 인장 모듈러스가 9 GPa을 초과하는, 다중복합체 보강재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 다중복합체 보강재를 포함하는, 플라스틱 또는 고무로 제조된 완성 물품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 다중복합체 보강재를 포함하는 공압 타이어.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 보강재는 플라스틱 또는 고무로 제조된 물품 또는 반완성 제품에 대한 보강 요소로서 사용되는, 다중복합체 보강재.
