Abstract
본 발명의 구체적인 해결적 수단은,
"폴리올레핀 수지 40 ~ 60중량%, 고무34 ~ 42중량% 및 무기 안료 3 ~ 8중량% 및 폴리프로필렌 수지 3~10 중량%를 포함하며,
상기 고무는 NBR(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber)이며,
상기 무기 안료는 산화티타늄, 수산화알루미늄, 벤토나이트(bentonite), 황산바륨으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 안료를 포함하고,
상기 폴리올레핀 수지는 용융지수(230℃, 2.16kg)가 3.0 ~ 15.0 g/10분으로 이루어진 것을 포함하는 다용도 시트 조성물과,
상기 조성물은 활제, 분산제 및 특수 첨가제를 추가로 포함하는, 다용도 시트 조성물과,
상기 시트는 사무용품, 산업용 완충재 및 수지 케이스, 가방, 가구, 생활용품에 적용 사용하는 것을 포함하는, 다용도 시트 조성물과,
상기 폴리올레핀 수지는 폴리에틸렌(PE), 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE), 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(XLPE)중 어느하나로 한정한 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 시트 조성물"을 구성적 특징으로 함으로서,
본 발명에 따른 다용도 시트 조성물은 연성, 경량성, 융착성 및 성형성이 증진되는 장점을 갖는다. 따라서 다양한 포장 또는 장식용 시트, 특히, 사무용 바인더 및 수지 케이스를 포함하여 기타 가방, 가구, 생활용품 등 다양한 제품에 적용 사용하여 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
또한, 폴리올레핀(Ployolefin) 수지의 단점인 충격강도, 연성, 신율 등을 극복하기 위해 고무 및 무기 안료를 포함함으로서 PVC 대체로 매우 유용하고, 특히 다이옥신이나 기타 환경유해물질의 발생되지 아니하도록 가소제 혼입이 필요없고 이산화탄소의 발생을 감소하고 경량화된 장점이 있는 친환경적인 효과를 발휘하는 것이다.
