Claims (6)
- 폴리에스테르 섬유가 제직된 에어백용 폴리에스테르제 기포이며,
응력 118N/㎝까지 신장하고, 그 후 응력 0N/㎝까지 완화시켰을 때의 경사 방향의 에너지 흡수량(EW)은 1.0 내지 3.0J/㎠이며,
응력 118N/㎝까지 신장하고, 그 후 응력 0N/㎝까지 완화시켰을 때의 위사 방향의 에너지 흡수량(EF)은 1.0 내지 3.0J/㎠이며,
상기 위사 방향의 에너지 흡수량(EF)에 대한, 상기 경사 방향의 에너지 흡수량(EW)의 비율(EW/EF)은 0.5 내지 2.0인, 에어백용 폴리에스테르제 기포. - 제1항에 있어서, 단위 면적당 중량이 250g/㎡ 이하인, 에어백용 폴리에스테르제 기포.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 커버 팩터가 2000 내지 2600인, 에어백용 폴리에스테르제 기포.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 응력 118N/㎝까지 신장했을 때의 경사 방향의 신도는 5 내지 10%이며,
응력 118N/㎝까지 신장했을 때의 위사 방향의 신도는 5 내지 10%인, 에어백용 폴리에스테르제 기포. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 에어백용 폴리에스테르제 기포가 봉제된, 폴리에스테르제 에어백.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 에어백용 폴리에스테르제 기포를 제조하기 위한 방법이며,
적극 이징 기구를 갖는 직기를 사용하여, 제1 프레임 개구량(H)에 대한 이징량(E)의 비율(E/H)이 3 내지 10%가 되도록 제직하는, 에어백용 폴리에스테르제 기포의 제조 방법.
