Claims (10)
- 열 엔진 및 전기 트랙션 장치(electric traction machine, 4)가 제공된 차량의 하이브리드 트랜스미션(hybrid transmission)으로서, 상기 하이브리드 트랜스미션은 열 엔진 및 전기 장치에 각각 연결된 2 개의 동심(concentric) 제 1 샤프트(1,3)를 구비하고,
중실의 제 1 샤프트(1)는, 배터리 충전 모드에서 또는 하이브리드 트랙션 모드들(hybrid traction modes) 동안에 중공 제 1 샤프트(3)로의 연결이 가능하거나, 또는 하이브리드 모드 또는 열적 트랙션 모드에서 차량 바퀴들에 연결된 제 2 샤프트(19)상의 중간 기어로의 연결이 가능하도록, 제 1 샤프트(1,3)들의 듀얼 결합 유닛(dual coupling unit, 6,7;21) 및 기어 선택을 위한 아이들 기어(idler gear, 5)를 지탱하고,
특정의 하이브리드 또는 전기 트랙션 모드들에서, 전기 장치(4)의 토크는 중공 제 1 샤프트(3)로부터 중간 전달 샤프트(8)를 통하여 전기 기어 선택 샤프트(electrical gear selection shaft)로 통과되며, 그로부터 상기 토크는 2 개의 선택 가능한 전기 기어들중 하나에 있는 제 2 샤프트(19)로 전달될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량의 하이브리드 트랜스미션. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기 선택 샤프트(12)는 제 1 기어의 선택을 위한 아이들 기어(13) 및 제 2 기어의 아이들 기어(14)의 듀얼 결합 유닛(16, 17;22)을 지탱하고,
중실 제 1 샤프트(1)는 제 3 기어의 선택을 위한 아이들 기어(5) 및, 제 1 샤프트(1,3)와 제 3 기어의 선택을 위한 아이들 기어(5)의 듀얼 결합 유닛(6, 7;21)을 지탱하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량의 하이브리드 트랜스미션. - 제 2 항에 있어서, 결합 유닛(16, 17)(6, 7)들은 멀티 디스크 클러치(multi-disk clutch)들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량의 하이브리드 트랜스미션.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 제 1 결합 유닛(16,17)은 멀티-디스크 클러치들로 구성되고, 제 2 결합 유닛(21)은 멈춤쇠 결합부(pawl coupler)인 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량의 하이브리드 트랜스미션.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 전기 선택 샤프트(12)는 제 1 기어를 위한 하나의 아이들 기어(13) 및 제 3 기어를 위한 하나의 아이들 기어(5)의 제 1 듀얼 결합 유닛(22)를 지탱하고, 중실 제 1 샤프트(1)는 제 2 기어의 선택을 위한 아이들 기어(14) 및 제 1 샤프트(1,3)를 위한 제 2 듀얼 결합 유닛(21)을 지탱하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량의 하이브리드 트랜스미션.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 결합 유닛(21,22)은 멈춤쇠 결합부(pawl coupler)들인 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량의 하이브리드 트랜스미션.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 중실 제 1 샤프트(1)는 제 3 멈춤쇠 결합부(25) 및 제 2 샤프트(19)의 고정 기어(fixed gear)에 맞물린 제 4 기어휘일(23)을 지탱하는, 차량의 하이브리드 트랜스미션.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 제 4 아이들 기어(23) 및 제 3 결합부는 전기 선택 샤프트(12)와 제 2 샤프트(19) 사이에서 중간 기어(18, 19a) 외측에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 차량의 하이브리드 트랜스미션.
