Claims (14)
- 내부에 공간을 갖고, 외곽 상면의 소정의 폭을 따라 연장되도록 형성된 홈부를 갖는, 하부 케이스;
상기 하부 케이스 상에 배치되는, 상부 케이스;
상기 하부 케이스의 내부 공간에 수용되며 복수개의 배터리 셀들을 포함하는, 배터리부; 및
상기 홈부에 삽입되어 상기 상부 케이스와 상기 하부 케이스 사이에 개재되고, 단면의 형상이 상부면, 하부면 및 상기 상부면과 상기 하부면을 잇는 측부면을 가지며, 상기 상부면은 상기 상부 케이스 방향으로 볼록한 곡면으로 형성되고, 상기 측부면에는 상기 상부면과 단차를 형성하는 돌출부가 위치하는, 실링 부재;를 구비하고,
상기 실링 부재는 극성 표시탭 및 상기 극성 표시탭과 상기 실링 부재를 연결하는 연결부를 포함하고,
상기 홈부는 상기 하부 케이스의 내부 공간 측으로 오픈된 끼움홈을 갖고, 상기 극성 표시탭은 상기 연결부가 상기 끼움홈에 삽입됨으로써 상기 끼움홈에 고정되는, 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 홈부의 내측면에는 상기 실링 부재의 상기 돌출부에 대응하도록 위치한 인입홈이 형성된, 배터리 팩. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 실링 부재의 상기 상부면은 상기 상부 케이스에 의해 가압되어 상기 상부 케이스와 접하는, 배터리 팩. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 상부 케이스가 상기 실링 부재를 가압함에 따라, 상기 실링 부재의 상기 돌출부는 상기 홈부의 상기 인입홈에 결합되는, 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실링 부재의 단면의 형상은 상기 돌출부로부터 상기 하부면으로 갈수록 폭이 점차 좁아지는, 배터리 팩. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 극성 표시탭은 일면 및 상기 일면의 반대측에 타면을 가지며, 상기 일면에만 극성이 표시된, 배터리 팩. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 끼움홈은 제1 끼움홈 및 제2 끼움홈을 포함하고, 상기 극성 표시탭은 서로 다른 극성을 갖는 제1 극성 표시탭 및 제2 극성 표시탭을 포함하며, 상기 제1 끼움홈에는 상기 제1 극성 표시탭이 고정되며, 상기 제2 끼움홈에는 상기 제2 극성 표시탭이 고정되는, 배터리 팩. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 실링 부재는 돌기부를 더 포함하는, 배터리 팩. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 홈부는 상기 돌기부를 수용하는 돌기 수용부를 더 포함하는, 배터리 팩. - 제10항에 있어서,
상기 돌기부는 상기 제2 극성 표시탭에 인접하여 위치하는, 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 실링 부재는 폐루프(closed-loop) 형상을 갖는, 배터리 팩. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 홈부는 상기 하부 케이스의 내부 공간에 인접하여 위치한 제1 격벽 및 상기 하부 케이스의 외측에 인접하여 위치한 제2 격벽을 포함하고, 상기 홈부의 최하단부를 기준으로 상기 제1 격벽의 높이는 상기 제2 격벽의 높이보다 높은, 배터리 팩.
