Claims (16)
- 각 기능성 층이 2개의 코팅 사이에 위치하도록, 적외 영역에서 및/또는 태양 방사선에서 반사 특성을 가지며 은을 기재로 하거나 또는 은-함유 금속 합금을 기재로 한 n개 (n ≥ 2)의 기능성 층 및 하나 이상의 유전 층을 포함하는 n+1개의 코팅을 교대로 포함하는 얇은 층들의 스택이 제공된 투명 기판으로서, 여기서 코팅 및 기능성 층은 투명 기판에 대한 그의 위치에 따라 번호가 매겨져서, 하부 코팅 1이 투명 기판 위에 및 기능성 층 1 아래에 배치되고, 중간 코팅 2 내지 n은 2개의 기능성 층 사이에 배치되고, 상부 코팅 n+1은 기능성 층 n 위에 배치되며,
상부 또는 중간 코팅 2 내지 n+1 중 적어도 하나가, 산화물 SiO2, 질화물 Si3N4 및 산질화물 SiOxNy로부터 선택되는 규소를 포함하는 층 1개 및 알루미늄 질화물을 기재로 하는 층 1개의 적어도 2개의 배리어 층을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 배리어 코팅을 포함하고,
상부, 중간 또는 하부 코팅 각각은 산화물 SiO2, 질화물 Si3N4 및 산질화물 SiOxNy로부터 선택되는 규소를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 배리어 층을 포함하는 배리어 코팅을 포함하고, 각 기능성 층은 차단 층에 의해 덮이는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 기판. - 제1항에 있어서, 스택이 하부, 중간 및 상부 코팅의 3개 코팅과 교대로 있는 2개의 기능성 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 2개의 층을 포함하는 배리어 코팅이 3개 층을 포함하며, 이때 규소를 포함하는 층 2개가 알루미늄 질화물을 기재로 하는 층의 위 및 아래에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알루미늄 질화물을 기재로 하는 층이 기능성 층과 규소를 포함하는 층 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 규소를 포함하는 층 1개 및 알루미늄 질화물을 기재로 하는 층 1개의 적어도 2개의 층을 포함하는 배리어 코팅이 중간 코팅 n에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 기판.
- 제5항에 있어서, 중간 코팅 n에서, 알루미늄 질화물을 기재로 하는 층이 기능성 층 n-1 위에 및 규소를 포함하는 층 아래에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 기판.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 하부, 중간 또는 상부 코팅이 적어도 하나의 안정화 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 기판.
- 제9항에 있어서, 각 기능성 층이, 안정화 층, 또는 아연 산화물을 기재로 하는 안정화 층을 상부 층으로 갖는 하부 또는 중간 코팅 위에, 및/또는 안정화 층을 하부 층으로 갖는 중간 또는 상부 코팅 아래에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 하부, 중간 또는 상부 코팅이 적어도 하나의 흡수 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상부 코팅 n+1이 SnZnO 또는 TiO2를 기재로 하는 층을 상부 층으로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알루미늄 질화물 층이 알루미늄 이외의 하나 이상의 금속 또는 반금속을 포함하며, 이때 알루미늄 질화물 층에서, 원자 백분율로서의 다른 모든 금속 또는 반금속에 대한 알루미늄의 비가 1 초과, 또는 9 초과인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중간 또는 상부 코팅에 포함되는 모든 알루미늄 질화물 층의 두께가 상기 중간 또는 상부 코팅의 총 두께의 20 내지 80%, 또는 30 내지 60%를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 기판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 투명 기판에서부터 시작해서 형성된
- 적어도 하나의 배리어 코팅,
- 적어도 하나의 안정화 층,
- 적어도 하나의 기능성 층,
- 적어도 하나의 안정화 층,
- 적어도 하나의 흡수 층이 임의로 삽입된 적어도 하나의 배리어 코팅,
- 적어도 하나의 안정화 층,
- 적어도 하나의 기능성 층,
- 적어도 하나의 안정화 층,
- 적어도 하나의 배리어 코팅
을 포함하는 스택을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 기판. - 적층 글레이징, 비대칭 글레이징, 또는 이중 글레이징 유형의 다중 글레이징의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 투명 기판을 포함하는 글레이징.
