Claims (15)
- 자동차용 액체 용기에 있어서,
- 제 1 반분할 몸체(4); 및
- 제 2 반분할 몸체(6)를 포함하고,
- 반분할 몸체들(4, 6)은 액체(10)를 수용하기 위한 저장 용적(8)을 한정하고,
- 상기 제 1 반분할 몸체(4)는 제 1 지지층(12) 및 제 1 장벽층(14, 62)을 갖고,
- 상기 제 2 반분할 몸체(6)는 제 2 지지층(16) 및 제 2 장벽층(18, 64)을 가지며,
- 상기 제 1 장벽층(14, 62)은 상기 저장 용적(8)을 향하는 상기 제 1 지지층(12)의 측면(20) 상에 위치되고,
- 상기 제 2 장벽층(18, 64)은 상기 저장 용적(8)을 향하는 상기 제 2 지지층(16)의 측면 상에 위치되며,
- 연결 영역(44)에서 상기 반분할 몸체들(4, 6)은 함께 일체로 결합되고, 상기 연결 영역(44)에서 상기 제 1 지지층(12)은 상기 제 2 지지층(16)에 일체로 결합되며,
- 상기 제 1 장벽층(14, 62)과 상기 제 2 장벽층(18, 64) 간의 접촉 없이, 상기 연결 영역(44)에서 상기 제 1 장벽층(14, 62)과 상기 제 2 장벽층(18, 64)은 서로 이격되어 있으며, 그리고
- 상기 제 1 지지층(12)의 재료의 응고된 용융물(46), 또는 상기 제 2 지지층(16)의 재료의 응고된 용융물(46), 또는 상기 제 1 지지층(12) 및 상기 제 2 지지층(16)의 재료의 응고된 용융물(46)이 상기 장벽층들(14, 18, 62, 64) 사이에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
- 상기 연결 영역에서 상기 장벽층(14, 18, 62, 64)은 상기 지지층(12, 16)으로 완전히 둘러싸이고, 상기 지지층(12, 16)에 의해 주변환경(U)과 격리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
- 상기 이격된 장벽층들 간의 상기 연결 영역(44)에 투과 경로(48)가 형성되고,
- 단면에서 볼 때, 상기 투과 경로의 길이(l)는 투과 경로의 폭(b)의 2배 이상이며,
- 상기 투과 경로의 폭(b)은 연결 영역(44)에서 장벽층들(14, 18, 62, 64) 간의 거리에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
- 상기 이격된 장벽층들 간의 상기 연결 영역(44)에 투과 경로(48)가 형성되고,
- 단면에서 볼 때, 상기 투과 경로의 길이(l)는 투과 경로의 폭(b)의 2배 이상이며,
- 상기 투과 경로의 폭(b)은 연결 영역(44)에서 장벽층들(14, 18, 62, 64) 간의 거리에 대응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
- 상기 연결 영역(24, 44)에서 상기 반분할 몸체들(4, 6) 중 하나 이상은 웹(28, 30)을 가지며,
- 상기 웹(28, 30)을 따라 일체식 결합이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
- 장벽층들(14, 18) 중 하나 이상은 사출 성형 공정에서 관련 지지층(12, 16)에 일체로 결합된 단일층 막(14, 18); 또는,
- 상기 장벽층들(62, 64) 중 하나 이상은 사출 성형 공정에서 관련 지지층(12, 16)에 일체로 결합된 다층 막(62, 64); 또는,
- 장벽층들(14, 18) 중 하나 이상은 사출 성형 공정에서 관련 지지층(12, 16)에 일체로 결합된 단일층 막(14, 18) 및 상기 장벽층들(62, 64) 중 하나 이상은 사출 성형 공정에서 관련 지지층(12, 16)에 일체로 결합된 다층 막(62, 64);인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
- 장벽층들(14, 18) 중 하나 이상은 사출 성형 공정에서 관련 지지층(12, 16)에 일체로 결합된 단일층 막(14, 18); 또는,
- 상기 장벽층들(62, 64) 중 하나 이상은 사출 성형 공정에서 관련 지지층(12, 16)에 일체로 결합된 다층 막(62, 64); 또는,
- 장벽층들(14, 18) 중 하나 이상은 사출 성형 공정에서 관련 지지층(12, 16)에 일체로 결합된 단일층 막(14, 18) 및 상기 장벽층들(62, 64) 중 하나 이상은 사출 성형 공정에서 관련 지지층(12, 16)에 일체로 결합된 다층 막(62, 64);인 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
- 성형 요소, 연결부 또는 기능 유닛을 부착하는데 사용하는 플라스틱(34, 40)은 상기 저장 용적(8)을 향하는 장벽층들(14, 18, 62, 64) 중 하나 이상의 측면(32, 38) 상에 국부적으로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
- 성형 요소, 연결부 또는 기능 유닛을 부착하는데 사용하는 플라스틱(34, 40)은 상기 저장 용적(8)을 향하는 장벽층들(14, 18, 62, 64) 중 하나 이상의 측면(32, 38) 상에 국부적으로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
- 성형 요소, 연결부 또는 기능 유닛을 부착하는데 사용하는 플라스틱(34, 40)은 상기 저장 용적(8)을 향하는 장벽층들(14, 18, 62, 64) 중 하나 이상의 측면(32, 38) 상에 국부적으로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 용기. - 액체 용기를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
- 제 1 반분할 몸체(4)를 사출 성형하는 단계로, 상기 제 1 반분할 몸체(4)는 제 1 지지층(12) 및 제 1 장벽층(14, 62)을 갖는, 단계;
- 제 2 반분할 몸체(6)를 사출 성형하는 단계로, 상기 제 2 반분할 몸체(6)는 제 2 지지층(16) 및 제 2 장벽층(18, 64)을 갖는, 단계;
- 상기 반분할 몸체들(4, 6)이 액체(10)를 수용하기 위한 상기 저장 용적(8)을 한정하고, 상기 제 1 장벽층(14, 62)은 저장 용적을 향하는 상기 제 1 지지층(12)의 측면(20) 상에 위치되고, 상기 제 2 장벽층(18, 64)은 상기 저장 용적(8)을 향하는 상기 제 2 지지층(16)의 측면(22) 상에 위치되는 단계;
- 연결 영역(44)에서 상기 반분할 몸체들(4, 6)은 함께 일체로 결합되고, 상기 연결 영역(44)에서 상기 제 1 지지층(12)은 상기 제 2 지지층(16)에 일체로 결합되는 단계;
- 상기 제 1 장벽층(14, 62)과 상기 제 2 장벽층(18, 64) 간의 접촉 없이, 상기 연결 영역(44)에서 상기 제 1 장벽층(14, 62)과 상기 제 2 장벽층(18, 64)은 서로 이격되는 단계; 그리고
- 상기 제 1 지지층(12)의 재료의 응고된 용융물(46), 또는 상기 제 2 지지층(16)의 재료의 응고된 용융물(46), 또는 상기 제 1 지지층(12) 및 상기 제 2 지지층(16)의 재료의 응고된 용융물(46)이 상기 장벽층들(14, 18, 62, 64) 사이에 위치되는 단계;를 포함하는 액체 용기의 제조방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
- 상기 반분할 몸체들(4, 6)은, 레이저 투과 용접에 의해 반분할 몸체들(4, 6)을 용접함으로써 결합되고,
- 연결 영역(24)에서 상기 반분할 몸체들(4, 6) 중 하나 이상은 적어도 부분적으로 레이저 투명 재료로 제조되고,
- 연결 영역(24)에서 반분할 몸체들(4, 6)은 함께 일체로 결합되고, 연결 영역(24)에서 상기 제 1 장벽층(14, 62)은 상기 제 2 장벽층(18, 64)에 일체로 결합되며,
- 상기 제 1 지지층(12)과 상기 제 2 지지층(16) 간의 접촉 없이, 상기 연결 영역(24)에서 상기 제 1 지지층(12)과 상기 제 2 지지층(16)은 서로 이격되어 있으며, 상기 제 2 지지층(12, 16)은 양 측에서 상기 장벽층(14, 18, 62, 64)과 접하는 액체 용기의 제조방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서,
- 상기 반분할 몸체들(4, 6)은 핫 플레이트 용접에 의해 결합되고, 이는:
- 핫 플레이트(50)를 사용하여 지지층(12, 16)의 웹(28, 30) 상에 형성된 하나 이상의 돌출부(52, 54, 68, 70)를 가열 및 가소화하는 단계,
- 상기 돌출부(52, 54, 68, 70)의 가소화된 재료가 상기 장벽층들(14, 18, 62, 64) 사이에서 가압된 상태로, 상기 반분할 몸체들(4, 6)을 함께 가압하는 단계를 포함하는 액체 용기의 제조방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서,
- 상기 반분할 몸체들(4, 6)을 함께 가압하는 동안, 밀봉 요소(56)는 상기 웹(28, 30)의 단부면측(58)에 배치되는 액체 용기의 제조방법. - 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,
- 각각의 반분할 몸체들(4, 6)은 하나 이상의 돌출부(52, 54, 68, 70)를 갖는 원주방향 웹(28, 30)을 가지며, 2개의 반분할 몸체(4, 6)의 상호 대향하는 돌출부(52, 54, 68, 70)는 상기 핫 플레이트(50)에 의해 상기 반분할 몸체들(4, 6)이 함께 가압되기 전에 가소화되는 액체 용기의 제조방법.
