Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 예시적인 구현예에서 사용하기에 적합한 바이오매스 전환 시스템의 개략도이다.
Claims (26)
- a. 탄화수소 액체를 생성시키기에 충분한 조건 하에 그리고 그러한 시간 동안 바이오매스 공급물을 수소화처리(hydroprocessing)함으로써 바이오매스 공급물을 직접 액화시키는 단계;
b. 액체 연료 및/또는 화학적 공급원료를 생산하도록 단계 a에 의해 생성된 탄화수소 액체를 개선하는 단계;
c. 바이오매스 잔여물의 마이크로파 열분해에 의해 20 내지 400 옹스트롬 범위의 평균 기공 크기를 갖는 구조화된 바이오차르 및 부산물 CO2를 생성시키는 단계;
d. 상기 직접 액화 및 구조화된 바이오차르 생성 단계들 중 하나 또는 둘 모두에 의해 생성되는 부산물 CO2의 사용으로 광생물반응기(PBR)에서 시아노박테리아를 생성시키는 단계; 및
e. 단계 c 및 단계 d에서 생성된 구조화된 바이오차르와 시아노박테리아를 혼입하여 생물비료를 생산하는 단계를 포함하는, 바이오매스를 액체 연료 및 시아노박테리아 기반 생물비료로 전환시키는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 디아조영양 미생물을 상기 생물비료에 포함시키기 위해 상기 시아노박테리아에 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직접 액화 전의 바이오매스 공급물로부터 또는 상기 탄화수소 액체로부터 무기물을, 바이오차르에서 상기 무기물을 흡수함으로써 제거하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 생물비료에 혼입되는 구조화된 바이오차르가 상기 흡수된 무기물을 함유하는 방법.
- 소정의 작물에 대한 토양의 총 탄소 및 활성 질소 함량을, 시아노박테리아, 디아조영양 미생물, 및 바이오매스의 마이크로파 열분해에 의해 생성된 20 내지 400 옹스트롬 범위의 평균 기공 크기를 갖는 구조화된 바이오차르의 조합물을 함유하는 생물비료로 그러한 토양을 처리함으로써 최적화시키는 방법으로서, 상기 생물비료에서 시아노박테리아 대 디아조영양 미생물의 비가 토양에서 요망되는 총 화학적 활성 탄소 및 질소 함량을 달성하도록 선택되는 방법.

- 제6항에 있어서, 생물비료가 독립-생활형(free-living) 질소-고정 종속영양 세균, 방선균(actinomycete), 광합성 세균, 균근 또는 지의류 균류, 및 이들의 조합으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 추가의 미생물을 추가로 포함하는, 생물비료.
- 제7항에 있어서, 질소-고정 종속영양 세균이 아조토박터(Azotobacter), 프랑키아(Frankia), 또는 아쓰로박터(Arthrobacter)로 구성된 아조박테리아과(Azobacteriaceae) 또는 프랑키아과(Frankiaceae) 군으로부터 선택되는, 생물비료.
- 제7항에 있어서, 광합성 세균이 로도스피릴리움(Rhodospirillium), 로도슈도모나스(Rhodopseudomonas), 및 로도박터(Rhodobacter)를 포함하는 로도스피릴리움목(Rhodospirillales) 군으로부터 선택되는, 생물비료.
- 제7항에 있어서, 균근 균류가 글로말레스(Glomales)에 속하고, 지의류 균류가 콜레마(Collema), 펠티게라(Peltigera), 프소라(Psora), 헵피아(Heppia), 및 풀겐시아(Fulgensia) 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 군에 속하는, 생물비료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 생물비료가 분무 건조, 전열굴절식 건조(refractance-window drying), 태양 건조, 공기 건조, 또는 동결 건조로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 기술에 의해 휴면 상태에 놓여지는, 생물비료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 건조 후 생존력을 증가시키기 위하여 소르비톨, 만니톨, 수크로오스, 소르비탄 모노스테아레이트, 디메틸 설폭사이드, 메탄올, 베타-카로틴, 및 베타-머캅토에탄올로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 건조방지제(xeroprotectant) 첨가물을 추가로 포함하는, 생물비료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 생물비료가 섬유질의 셀룰로오스성 피복 물질, 고분자 점착 부여제(polymeric tackifier), 점토, 제오텍스타일(geotextile), 및 이들의 조합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 첨가물을 포함하는, 생물비료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 리조박테리아를 추가로 포함하는, 생물비료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 구조화된 바이오차르의 적어도 일부가 100 내지 400 옹스트롬의 평균 기공 크기를 지니고, 상기 바이오차르의 상기 일부에서 흡수된 물을 추가로 포함하는, 생물비료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 PBR은 또한 구조화된 바이오차르를 포함하고 상기 시아노박테리아가 생성되는 것인 방법.
