도 2 및 3은 도 1의 재단장치로 재단 시 편광판의 불량을 설명하기 위한 개략도들이다.
도 4는 재단장치에 사용되는 칼날의 형태를 나타내는 개략도이다.
도 5 내지 도 7은 본 발명의 일 실시예와 관련된 광학필름의 재단장치를 나타내는 개략도들이다.
도 8은 본 발명의 효과를 설명하기 위한 그래프이다.

Claims (10)
- 광학필름을 재단하기 위한 재단장치로서,
프레스; 및
프레스에 장착된 나이프를 포함하며,
나이프는 프레스의 이동방향에 평행한 중심축을 갖고, 광학필름과 접촉하며 재단하는 절삭면의 적어도 일부가 중심축과 평행하게 마련되며,
나이프는 광학필름의 재단 시 나이프에 의해 분리되는 양면에 각각 접촉하는 제1 칼날 및 제2 칼날을 포함하며,
제1 칼날 및 제2 칼날은 각각 광학필름과 접촉하며 재단하는 제1 및 제2 절삭면을 갖고,
제1 및 제2 절삭면은 재단되는 광학필름의 두께 이상의 길이만큼 각각 중심축과 평행하게 마련되고,
제1 칼날과 제2 칼날은 제1 절삭면 및 제2 절삭면이 연결되고,
제1 칼날은 제1 절삭면의 하부 영역에서 중심축 측으로 상향 연장된 제1 연결면을 가지며,
제2 칼날은 제2 절삭면의 하부 영역에서 중심축 측으로 상향 연장된 제2 연결면을 갖고,
제1 칼날과 제2 칼날 사이, 제1 칼날 외곽, 및 제2 칼날 외곽에는 압축 가능한 재질의 완충부재가 각각 배치되며,
재단 시, 광학필름의 재단에 관여하는 제1 및 제2 절삭면의 전체 영역은 중심축과 평행하게 마련되고,
제1 절삭면과 제1 연결면은 제1 절삭면에서 중심축을 향하는 방향으로 예각으로 기울어지고,
제2 절삭면과 제2 연결면은 제2 절삭면에서 중심축을 향하는 방향으로 예각으로 기울어진 광학필름 재단장치. - 삭제
