Claims (5)
- 내부가 비어있는 튜브 형태로 이루어져 체내의 석회 침착물에 접근하는 니들; 및
상기 니들의 내부에 삽입되어 전진함에 따라 상측이 상기 니들 외측으로 돌출되어 상기 석회 침착물을 파쇄하고 체외로 제거하는 침착물 제거부
를 포함하고,
상기 침착물 제거부는,
상단이 소정 강도를 갖는 솔부로 이루어져, 상기 솔부의 회전 또는 전후진을 이용하여 상기 석회 침착물을 파쇄한 후, 파쇄된 상기 석회 침착물을 체외로 제거하도록 구성되고,
상기 솔부는 2개의 솔들로 구성되되, 상기 솔들은 상기 니들 내부에 'ㅅ'자 형태로 접혀서 삽입되고, 상기 니들로부터 노출될 때 펼쳐지고, 펼쳐진 상태로부터 다시 상기 니들 내부로 삽입될 때 상기 'ㅅ'자 형태와는 대향되는 'ㅅ'자 형태로 접혀져 상기 니들 내부로 삽입되도록 구성되는, 체내 석회 침착물 제거 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 니들은,
상측부가 복수개의 구멍이 형성된 다공성 니들로 이루어지는 것
을 특징으로 하는, 체내 석회 침착물 제거 장치. - 삭제
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 니들의 내부를 통해 파쇄된 상기 석회 침착물을 녹일 수 있는 용액을 주입하여, 상기 침착물 제거부를 이용하여 제거하고 남은 상기 석회 침착물을 녹인 후, 음압 석션(suction)하여 석회 제거를 완료하는 것
을 특징으로 하는, 체내 석회 침착물 제거 장치.
