Description
도 2a 및 도 2b는 리턴 기능의 구현을 위한 2개의 리턴 스프링을 포함하는 회전 액추에이터의 개략도이다.
도 3a 및 도 3b는 도 2에 도시된 것과 유사한, 리턴 기능의 구현을 위한 리턴 스프링을 하나만 갖는 회전 액추에이터의 개략도이다.
도 4는 도 1에 도시된 것과 유사한, 변속기의 시프팅 기능의 구현을 위한 회전 액추에이터와 변속기의 선택 기능의 구현을 위한 복동식 유체 실린더가 포함된 도면이다.

Claims (12)
- 변속기 액추에이터 장치(30)에 의해 선택되고 시프팅될 수 있는 복수의 기어단을 포함하는 변속기의 유압식 작동 및 듀얼 클러치(20)의 2개의 부분 클러치(21, 22)의 유압식 작동을 위한 변속기 제어 시스템(10; 80; 90)에 있어서,
상기 변속기 제어 시스템(10; 80; 90)은, 상기 부분 클러치들(21, 22) 중 각각 하나가 할당되고 각각 2개의 포트를 갖는 2개의 가역 펌프 액추에이터(11, 12)를 포함하고, 상기 두 포트에는 제3 포트로서 탱크 포트를 갖는 유체 AND 밸브(41, 42)가 연결되며, 상기 변속기 액추에이터 장치(30)는 유체 OR 밸브(45)를 통해 상기 2개의 가역 펌프 액추에이터(11, 12)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 변속기 제어 시스템(10; 80; 90). - 제1항에 있어서, 변속기 액추에이터 장치(30)는 시프팅 기능의 구현을 위해 리턴 기능을 갖는 회전 액추에이터(70)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 변속기 제어 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 변속기 액추에이터 장치(30)는 선택 기능의 구현을 위해 리턴 기능을 갖는 단동식 유체 실린더(94)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 변속기 제어 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 변속기 액추에이터 장치(30)는, 하나의 공통 밸브 장치(100; 110)에 의해 구동되는 시프팅 액추에이터(32) 및 선택 액추에이터(31)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 변속기 제어 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 공통 밸브 장치(100)는, 선택 액추에이터(31)를 조정하기 위한 중앙 위치 및 시프팅 액추에이터(32)를 조정하기 위한 2개의 위치를 갖는 6/3-way 밸브로서 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 변속기 제어 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 공통 밸브 장치(110)는, 선택 액추에이터(31)를 조정하기 위한 중앙 위치(c), 시프팅 액추에이터(32)를 조정하기 위한 2개의 위치(a, e), 및 2개의 중간 위치(b, d)를 갖는 6/5-way 밸브로서 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 변속기 제어 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 공통 밸브 장치(100; 110)는 전자석에 의해 직접 작동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 변속기 제어 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 공통 밸브 장치(100; 110)는 파일럿 밸브(125)를 통해 작동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 변속기 제어 시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서, 공통 밸브 장치(100; 110)는 로터리 슬라이드 밸브로서 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 변속기 제어 시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 공통 밸브 장치(100; 110)는 로터리 구동장치에 의해 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 변속기 제어 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 변속기 액추에이터 장치(30)는, 구조상 동일한 2개의 비례 방향 제어 밸브(52;51)를 통해 구동되는 시프팅 액추에이터(32) 및 선택 액추에이터(31)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 변속기 제어 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 변속기 액추에이터 장치(30)는, 구조상 동일한 2개의 컨트롤 밸브(152;151)를 통해 구동되는 시프팅 액추에이터(32) 및 선택 액추에이터(31)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 변속기 제어 시스템.
