도 2는 본 발명의 일 구현 예에 따른 16S rRNA 유전자 염기서열에 기반한 마이크로모노스포라 속 (Micromonospora sp.) R_77 균주의 분류학적 위치를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 구현 예에 따른 마이크로모노스포라 속 (Micromonospora sp.) R_77 균주의 항미생물활성 검정 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 일 구현 예에 마이크로모노스포라 속 (Micromonospora sp.) R_77 균주 배양액 추출물의 TLC (A) 및 bioautography (B) 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 항균은 마이크로코커스 루테우스(Micrococcus luteus), 황색포도상구균(Staphylococcus aureus), 디프테리아균(Corynebacterium diphtheriae), 고초균(Bacillus subtilis), 대변장구균(Enterococcus faecalis), 칸디다 크루세이(Candida krusei), 칸디다 알비칸스(Candida albicans), 사카로마이세스 세레비시애(Saccharomyces cerevisiae) 및 고추 탄저병균(Colletotrichum acutatum) 중 어느 하나 이상에 대한 것을 특징으로 하는 균주.
- 제1항 또는 제3항의 기탁번호가 KCTC14227BP인 마이크로모노스포라 속 (Micromonospora sp.) R_77 균주 또는 이의 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항균용 조성물
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 추출물은 아세톤, 클로로포름, 에탄올, 에틸아세테이트, 핵산 또는 메탄올에서 선택된 하나 이상의 용매로 추출한 것을 특징으로 하는 항균용 조성물
