Claims (24)
- 50μm 이하의 두께를 갖는 포장 필름으로, 상기 필름은 외부층에 인접하여 위치되는 코어층을 함유하고, 여기서 상기 코어층, 상기 외부층, 또는 양쪽 모두는 중합체 조성물로부터 형성되고, 상기 중합체 조성물은 에틸렌 중합체 70중량% 내지 99중량%, 유기 표면 처리제를 갖는 나노클레이 0.1중량% 내지 20중량%, 및 올레핀 성분 및 극성 성분을 함유하는 폴리올레핀 상용화제 0.05중량% 내지 15중량%를 함유하며, 상기 유기 표면 처리제는 사차 오늄을 포함하는, 포장 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 중합체는 에틸렌과 α-올레핀의 공중합체를 포함하는, 포장 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 중합체는 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌, 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는, 포장 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노클레이는 필로실리케이트를 포함하는, 포장 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 필로실리케이트는 몬트모릴로나이트 또는 그 염을 포함하는, 포장 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노클레이는 0.2 내지 100nm의 평균 두께를 가지는 판상체를 포함하는, 포장 필름.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상용화제의 극성 성분은 말레산 무수물을 포함하는, 포장 필름.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 5 내지 50MPa/μm의 기계 방향 및/또는 교차-기계 방향으로의 정규화된 영의 탄성계수를 나타내는, 포장 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부층은 상기 중합체 조성물을 함유하는, 포장 필름.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 중합체는 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌 공중합체, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는, 포장 필름.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 나노클레이는 상기 중합체 조성물의 0.1중량% 내지 15중량%를 구성하는, 포장 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코어층은 상기 중합체 조성물을 함유하는, 포장 필름.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 중합체는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌을 포함하는, 포장 필름.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 나노클레이는 상기 중합체 조성물의 0.5중량% 내지 20중량%를 구성하는, 포장 필름.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 조성물은 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 및 고밀도 폴리에틸렌의 배합물을 포함하는, 포장 필름.
- 제16항에 있어서, 고밀도 폴리에틸렌은 상기 중합체 조성물의 10중량% 내지 85중량%를 구성하는, 포장 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 취입 필름인, 포장 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 캐스트 필름인, 포장 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 4,000Hz의 주파수에서 결정한 바, 2.5 이하의 정규화된 소음 수준을 나타내고, 여기서 상기 정규화된 소음 수준은 상기 필름의 소음 수준(dB)을 주변 환경의 소음 수준으로 나눔으로써 결정되는 것인, 포장 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름은 350cm3/100in2*24 시간 이하의 산소 투과율을 나타내는, 포장 필름.
