Claims (5)
- 내부에 용단부가 형성된 퓨즈엘레먼트가 설치되는 하우징과,
상기 하우징의 단부에 설치되는 도전성의 제1 및 제2 단부캡과,
상기 단부캡에 결합되는 결합부와 상기 결합부와 일체로 되고 외부와의 전기적 연결을 위한 연결판이 구비되는 제1 및 제2단자를 포함하고,
상기 결합부는 바닥편의 선단에 상기 제1 및 제2 단부캡의 내측 단부가 걸어지는 걸이단이 형성되고 상기 제1 및 제2단부캡의 외주면을 감싸 밀착되는 한 쌍의 탄성날개가 상기 바닥편의 양단에 서로 마주보게 형성되며 상기 탄성날개의 선단에는 상기 바닥편과 평행하게 수열판이 형성되며,
상기 탄성날개는 상기 바닥편의 양측에서 시작하여 양측의 것이 서로 가까워지도록 되어 접촉돌부를 형성하고, 상기 접촉돌부에서는 양측의 것이 서로 멀어지도록 되어 땜납을 위한 인두기가 밀착되는 상기 수열판이 형성되며, 상기 접촉돌부와 상기 제1 및 제2 단부캡의 사이에 땜납부가 형성되어 상기 제1단부캡과 제1단자가 결합되고 상기 제2단부캡과 제2단자가 결합되는 퓨즈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바닥편에는 접촉단이 돌출되게 형성되어 상기 제1 및 제2단부캡이 안착되어 전기적으로 접촉되는 퓨즈.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 바닥편은 퓨즈가 놓여지는 바닥에 안착되는 것으로 상기 연결판은 상기 바닥편보다 높은 위치에 상기 바닥편에 대해 소정의 높이차를 두고 위치되는 퓨즈.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성날개의 접촉돌부는 상기 단부캡의 외주면의 절반 이상을 둘러싸도록 상기 탄성날개가 상기 단부캡에 결합되는 퓨즈.
