Claims (13)
- 요오드를 포함하는 수지 필름으로 구성되는 편광자로서,
투과율이 다른 부위보다 높은 투명부가 형성되고,
그 투명부의 알칼리 금속, 알칼리 토류 금속, 또는 알칼리 금속과 알칼리 토류 금속의 함유량이 0.5 중량% 이하이고,
그 투명부의 단체 색상 (a2+b2)1/2 가 1.0 미만인, 편광자 :
단, 상기 a 는 Lab 표색계의 a 값이고, 상기 b 는 Lab 표색계의 b 값이다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 필름의 두께가 1 ㎛ ~ 10 ㎛ 인, 편광자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 투명부의 요오드의 함유량이 1.0 중량% 이하로서 상기 다른 부위에 있어서의 요오드의 함유량보다 낮고, 그 다른 부위에 있어서의 요오드의 함유량과 그 투명부에 있어서의 요오드의 함유량의 차가 0.5 중량% 이상인, 편광자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다른 부위에 있어서의 광학 특성이, P>-(100.929T-42.4-1)×100 (단, T<42.3) 및 P≥99.9 (단, T≥42.3) 의 관계를 만족하는, 편광자 :
식 중, P 는 편광도 (%) 를 나타내고, T 는 단체 투과율 (%) 을 나타낸다. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 투명부가, 탑재되는 화상 표시 장치의 카메라부에 대응하는, 편광자. - 이색성 물질을 포함하는 수지 필름의 원하는 부위를 탈색하는 것을 포함하고,
상기 탈색을, 상기 이색성 물질을 포함하는 수지 필름에 염기성 용액을 접촉시킴으로써 실시하고,
상기 수지 필름의 염기성 용액을 접촉시킨 부위에, 산성 용액을 접촉시키고,
상기 산성 용액은 염산, 황산 또는 질산인, 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 편광자의 제조 방법. - 삭제

- 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 염기성 용액의 접촉시, 상기 수지 필름 표면은, 그 적어도 일부가 노출되도록 표면 보호 필름으로 피복되어 있는, 편광자의 제조 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 이색성 물질을 포함하는 수지 필름이, 이색성 물질로 수지 필름을 염색하는 것, 및 그 수지 필름을 수중 연신하는 것을 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조되는, 편광자의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 투명부가 형성된 편광자를 갖는, 편광판.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
탑재되는 화상 표시 장치에 대응하는 형상을 가지며, 상기 투명부가 단변으로부터 이간되어 형성되어 있는, 편광판. - 제 11 항에 기재된 편광판을 갖는, 화상 표시 장치.
