Claims (6)
- 차동장치의 디프렌셜케이스와 상시 연결되는 인풋샤프트;
클러치팩을 매개로 인풋샤프트와 선택적으로 연결되고, 휠과 상시 연결되는 아웃풋샤프트;
상기 인풋샤프트에 결합된 클러치플레이트가 가압되어 클러치팩이 압착 체결되는 중토크전달수단; 및
상기 클러치팩이 체결됨에 따라 인풋샤프트와 아웃풋샤프트가 동기화된 상태에서 아웃풋샤프트에 결합된 허브가 이동되어 상기 클러치플레이트에 선택적으로 치합 결합되는 고토크전달수단;을 포함하는 차동제한장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 중토크전달수단은,
상기 클러치팩의 끝부분에 마련되고, 인풋샤프트의 내주면에 스플라인 결합되어 축방향으로 이동되는 클러치플레이트;
상기 클러치팩이 체결되는 방향으로 상기 클러치플레이트를 가압하는 제1피스톤;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동제한장치. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 고토크전달수단은,
상기 클러치플레이트에 형성된 플레이트내치;
상기 아웃풋샤프트의 외주면에 스플라인 결합되어 축방향으로 이동되는 허브;
상기 플레이트내치와 대응하는 형상으로 허브에 형성되어 상기 플레이트내치에 치합 결합되는 허브외치; 및
상기 허브외치가 상기 플레이트내치에 치합되는 위치로 이동되도록 상기 허브를 가압하는 제2피스톤;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동제한장치. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 플레이트내치가 클러치플레이트의 내주면에 형성되고;
상기 허브외치가 허브의 외주면에 형성되어 플레이트내치에 스플라인 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동제한장치. - 청구항 3에 있어서,
상기 아웃풋샤프트의 축부에서 외측 반경으로 확장된 통 형상으로 아웃풋리테이너가 일체화되어 형성되고;
상기 아웃풋리테이너의 끝부분 외주면에 허브의 일단이 스플라인 결합되며;
상기 허브의 타단이 내측으로 절곡된 형상으로 형성되어 제2피스톤에 의해 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차동제한장치. - 청구항 1에 기재된 차동제한장치의 작동을 제어하는 방법으로서,
컨트롤러가, 차량의 주행상태에 따라 차동제한장치에서 요구하는 중토크전달조건 만족시, 클러치플레이트를 가압하여 클러치팩을 압착 체결하도록 제어하는 중토크전달단계;
컨트롤러가, 차량의 주행상태에 따라 차동제한장치에서 요구하는 고토크전달조건 만족시, 중토크 전달상태에 의한 인풋샤프트와 아웃풋샤프트의 동기 상태에서 아웃풋샤프트에 결합된 허브를 클러치플레이트에 치합 결합하도록 제어하는 고토크전달단계;를 포함하는 차동제한장치의 제어방법.
