Claims (9)
- 퍼플루오로카본술폰산 수지 또는 그 술폰산염 수지, 테트라알콕시실란 및 트리알콕시실란을 포함하고,
상기 퍼플루오로카본술폰산 수지가, 600 내지 1000의 당량 중량을 갖고,
테트라알콕시실란과 트리알콕시실란의 합계량이, 퍼플루오로카본술폰산 수지 또는 그 술폰산염 수지 100질량부에 대하여, 100질량부 이상인
것을 특징으로 하는 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오로카본술폰산 수지가, -(CF2-CFZ)-로 표시되는 중합 단위(식 중, Z는 F 또는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 퍼플루오로알킬기임)와, -(CF2-CF(-O-(CF2)m-SO3H))-로 표시되는 중합 단위(식 중, m은 1 내지 12의 정수임)를 포함하는 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오로카본술폰산 수지 또는 그 술폰산염 수지는, 퍼플루오로카본술폰산염 수지인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 또한, 산 촉매를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 또한, 용매를 포함하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 표면 처리제인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 조성물로부터 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 도막.
