Abstract
Description
도 2는 실시예 1에서 제조된 코어-쉘 구조를 가진 히알루론산 겔, 비교예 1 및 2에서 제조된 히알루론산 겔 및 비교예 3에서 제조된 히알루론산 겔 혼합물을 대상으로, 0.1 Hz 내지 10 Hz의 주파수 범위에서, 주파수의 로그값에 따른 손실탄성률(G”)을 측정한 결과를 보여주는 그래프이다.

Claims (12)
- 코어-쉘 구조의 히알루론산 겔에 있어서,
상기 코어는 상기 쉘에 비해, 높은 탄성 및 낮은 점성을 가지고,
0.1 Hz 내지 10 Hz의 주파수 범위에서, 상기 주파수의 로그값에 따른 저장탄성률의 평균 기울기는 300 Pa/log[Hz] 내지 1,000 Pa/log[Hz]인 것을 특징으로 하는
코어-쉘 구조의 히알루론산 겔.
- 제1항에 있어서,
10 Hz의 주파수에서, 손실탄성률은 260 Pa 내지 900 Pa인 것을 특징으로 하는
코어-쉘 구조의 히알루론산 겔.
- 제1항에 있어서,
0.1 Hz 내지 10 Hz의 주파수 범위에서, 상기 주파수의 로그값에 따른 위상각의 평균 기울기는 5 °/log[Hz] 내지 10 °/log[Hz]인 것을 특징으로 하는
코어-쉘 구조의 히알루론산 겔.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느한 항에 따른 코어-쉘 구조의 히알루론산 겔을 포함하는
히알루론산 필러용 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서,
국소 마취제를 추가로 포함하는
히알루론산 필러용 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 국소 마취제는 0.1 (w/v)% 내지 5.0 (w/v)% 농도의 리도카인(lidocaine)인
히알루론산 필러용 조성물.
- (a) 제1 가교제에 의하여 1차 가교된 히알루론산을 포함하는 제1 용액을 이용하여 코어를 제조하는 단계;
(b) 상기 코어에 비가교된 히알루론산을 포함하는 제2 용액을 혼합하여 혼합 용액을 제조하는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 혼합 용액에 제2 가교제를 투입한 후 2차 가교시켜 코어-쉘 구조의 히알루론산 겔을 제조하는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 (c) 단계에서 코어-쉘 구조의 히알루론산 겔에서 코어는 쉘에 비해, 높은 탄성 및 낮은 점성을 가지며,
상기 (c) 단계에서 코어-쉘 구조의 히알루론산 겔은 0.1 Hz 내지 10 Hz의 주파수 범위에서, 상기 주파수의 로그값에 따른 저장탄성률의 평균 기울기가 300 Pa/log[Hz] 내지 1,000 Pa/log[Hz]인 것을 특징으로 하는

- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서 제1 용액 내 히알루론산 농도는 상기 (b) 단계에서 제2 용액 내 히알루론산 농도 보다 높은

상기 (a) 단계에서 제1 가교제 또는 상기 (c) 단계에서 제2 가교제는 1,4-부탄디올디글리시딜에테르(1,4-butandiol diglycidyl ether), 에틸렌글리콜디글리시딜에테르(ethylene glycol diglycidyl ether), 1,6-헥산디올디글리시딜에테르(1,6-hexanediol diglycidyl ether), 프로필렌글리콜디글리시딜에테르(propylene glycol diglycidyl ether), 폴리프로필렌글리콜디글리시딜에테르(polypropylene glycol diglycidyl ether) 및 디글리세롤폴리글리시딜에테르(diglycerol polyglycidyl ether)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는
