Description
도 2는 본 발명의 LVP-K1-PTEN 및 LVP-K2-PTEN 바이러스 작출 후 바이러스의 확인, PTEN 유전자 확인, 벡시니아 바이러스의 제거 확인을 위한 RT-PCR 산물을 나타낸 도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 LVP-K1-PTEN 및 LVP-K1 바이러스가 감염된 T98G 세포에서의 PTEN mRNA의 상대적인 전사량을 나타낸 도이다(*은 P value 0.05 이하, **은 P value 0.01 이하를 나타냄).

Claims (14)
- 서열번호 2로 표시되는 LVP-K1-PTEN 벡터.
- 제1항의 LVP-K1-PTEN 벡터를 도입한 재조합 뉴캐슬병 바이러스(수탁번호 KCTC 14496BP).
- 제2항의 재조합 뉴캐슬병 바이러스를 유효성분으로 포함하는 뇌종양 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 암세포 사멸효과를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 뇌종양 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 조성물은 암세포 증식억제 효과를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 뇌종양 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물. - 제3항의 조성물을 인간을 제외한 개체에 투여하는 단계를 포함하는 뇌종양을 예방 또는 치료하는 방법.
- 제3항의 조성물을 개체에 투여하는 단계; 및 개체의 암세포 또는 암 조직의
변화를 측정하여 평가하는 단계를 포함하는 뇌종양을 예방 또는 치료에 대한 정보를 제공하는 방법. - 제7항에 있어서,
상기 방법은 인간을 제외한 동물의 암세포 또는 암 조직의 변화를 측정하여 평가하는 것인, 동물에서의 뇌종양 예방 또는 치료 효과 평가 방법. - 제2항의 재조합 뉴캐슬병 바이러스를 숙주 세포주에 접종하는 단계;
상기 숙주 세포주를 배양하는 단계; 및
상기 숙주 세포주의 배양물로부터 재조합 뉴캐슬병 바이러스를 수득하는 단계;를 포함하는, 재조합 뉴캐슬병 바이러스 제조 방법. - 삭제
