Claims (20)
- 게이트(gate), 소스(source), 및 고준위 전원단과 연결된 드레인(drain)을 갖는 구동 트랜지스터(driving transistor); 및 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 상기 소스와 연결된 애노드(anode) 및 저준위 전원단과 연결된 캐소드(cathode)를 갖는 유기발광 다이오드(organic light emitting diode);를 포함하는 다수 개의 픽셀 회로;
상기 고준위 전원단과 상기 상기 구동 트랜지스터의 드레인 사이에 있는 제1 스위치;
상기 저준위 전원단과 상기 유기발광 다이오드의 캐소드 사이에 있는 제2 스위치; 및
상기 제1 스위치 및 상기 제2 스위치를 제어하는 전원 컨트롤러를 포함하는 유기발광 표시장치 - 제1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 스위치 및 상기 제2 스위치는,
상기 다수 개의 픽셀 회로 모두에 연결되고, 상기 다수 개의 픽셀 회로 각각에 포함된 상기 유기발광 다이오드의 발광을 제어하는 유기발광 표시장치. - 제1 항에 있어서,
