Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- TRIP 효과 및 TWIP 효과 중 하나 이상을 갖는 중망간 평탄 강 제품으로 구성되는 부품을 제조하는 방법으로서,
상기 평탄 강 제품은 중량%로:
C: 0.0005 내지 0.9
Mn: 4 내지 12;인 화학 조성으로 제조되며,
나머지는 불가피한 강 관련 원소를 포함하는 철이며,
선택적으로 중량%로:
Al: 0 내지 10
Si: 0 내지 6
Cr: 0 내지 6
Nb: 0 내지 1
V: 0 내지 1.5
Ti: 0 내지 1.5
Mo: 0 내지 3
Sn: 0 내지 0.5
Cu: 0 내지 3
W: 0 내지 5
Co: 0 내지 8
Zr: 0 내지 0.5
Ta: 0 내지 0.5
Te: 0 내지 0.5
B: 0 내지 0.15
P: 0.1 미만
S: 0.1 미만
N: 0.1 미만;의 합금화에 의해 첨가되며,
상기 방법은:
60℃ 내지 450℃의 평탄 강 제품의 온도에서 제1 변형 단계에 의해 부품을 형성하도록 평탄 강 제품을 변형시키는 단계 - 상기 제1 변형 단계 이전에 이미 상기 온도가 달성되며 자체 변형으로 의해 처음으로 생성되지 않음 -;를 포함하며,
상기 평탄 강 제품은 10 내지 80 부피%의 오스테나이트, 20 내지 90 부피%의 마르텐사이트, 페라이트 및 베이나이트를 갖는 미세구조로 제조되며, 여기서 마르텐사이트의 적어도 30 부피%는 어닐링된 마르텐사이트로 존재하는,
부품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 평탄 강 제품은 상기 제1 변형 단계 이전에 60℃ 이상 450℃ 이하의 온도로 예열되는,
부품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 평탄 강 제품은 -100℃ 이상 Ac3 미만의 평탄 강 제품의 온도에서 추가 변형 단계에 의해 부품을 형성하도록 변형되는,
부품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 평탄 강 제품은 상온 이상 Ac3 미만의 평탄 강 제품의 온도에서 추가 변형 단계에 의해 부품을 형성하도록 변형되는,
부품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 평탄 강 제품은 -100℃ 이상 60℃ 이하의 평탄 강 제품의 온도에서 추가 변형 단계에 의해 부품을 형성하도록 변형되는,
부품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 평탄 강 제품은 각각 국부적으로 정의되는 다른 온도에서 추가 개별 변형 단계에 의해 부품을 형성하도록 변형되는,
부품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 평탄 강 제품은 한쪽 면 상에서 예열되는,
부품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 평탄 강 제품은 양쪽 면 상에서 예열되는,
부품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 평탄 강 제품은 변형 동안 변형 단계 사이에서 -100℃ 이상 Ac3 미만의 온도로 중간 가열 되거나 중간 냉각되는,
부품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 평탄 강 제품은 압연 변형에 의해 변형되는,
부품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
평탄 강 제품을 형성하도록 압연된 열간 또는 냉간 스트립은 튜브로 형성되며, 종방향 심용접 또는 나선형 심 용접되고 내부 고압 성형되며, 그리고 선택적으로 어닐링되는,
부품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 평탄 강 제품은 중량%로:
C: 0.05 내지 0.35
Mn: 5 초과 10 미만;인 화학 조성으로 제조되며,
나머지는 불가피한 강 관련 원소를 포함하는 철이며,
선택적으로 중량%로:
Al: 0.05 내지 5
Si: 0.05 내지 3
Cr: 0.1 내지 4
Nb: 0.005 내지 0.4
V: 0.005 내지 0.6
Ti: 0.005 내지 0.6
Mo: 0.005 내지 1.5
Sn: 0.2 미만
Cu: 0.5 미만
W: 0.01 내지 3
Co: 0.01 내지 5
Zr: 0.005 내지 0.3
Ta: 0.005 내지 0.3
Te: 0.005 내지 0.3
B: 0.001 내지 0.08
P: 0.04 미만
S: 0.02 미만
N: 0.05 미만;의 합금화에 의해 첨가되는,
부품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 평탄 강 제품은 40 이상 80 부피% 이하의 오스테나이트, 20 부피% 미만의 페라이트/베이나이트 및 나머지는 마르텐사이트를 갖는 미세구조로 제조되는,
부품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 평탄 강 제품 또는 부품은 금속적으로, 무기적으로 또는 유기적으로 코팅되는,
부품을 제조하는 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 부품.
- 자동차 산업, 철도 차량 건설, 조선, 플랜트 설계, 기반시설, 광업, 항공 우주 산업, 가전 제품 및 맞춤형 용접 블랭크(welded blank)에서 사용되는 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조되는 부품.
