Abstract
본원은 토양에 발생된 병해충을 방제하기 위한 수단으로 무농약 살생물 물질에 대한 캡슐링 방법에 의해 토양으로부터의 환경 친화적인 살생물 물질이 천천히 방출되도록 하여 토양 및 수질환경을 보호하면서 병해충으로부터 농작물의 피해를 줄이고, 토양 및 수질환경 보호는 물론 최소의 인력으로 장기간 병해충 방제를 위한 기능을 제공하는 경우 지금까지 토양에 발생된 병해충의 방제하기 위하여 고독성의 농약을 이용해야 한다는 문제점을 충분히 해결할 수 있는 가능성을 찾아야 된다는 과제인식을 갖고 연구에 이르게 되었는바, 본원 발명자는 희석충진제를 100 중량부로 기준으로 할 때 농약이 포함되지 않은 살생물을 1.5 중량부 내지는 25 중량부와 피복 물질이 3.5 내지는 55 중량부가 포함된 토양 살생물질(혼합물질)이 만들고, 이 혼합물질을 캡슐화시켜 서방형 토양 살생제로 제공하기 위한 기술이다.

Claims (4)
- 토양발생 병충해를 장기간 방제할 수 있는 서방형 토양 살생제의 제조방법에 있어서,
희석 충진제로 고령토(Kaolin), 돌로마이트(Dolomite), 제올라이트(Zeolite), 진주석(Perlite), 중에서 선택되는 분말이 준비되는 제1단계 공정과
토양발생 병충해에 살생기능을 갖는 차염소산나트륨(NaClO, Sodium hypochlorite), 아염소산나트륨(NaClO2, Sodium chlorite), 클로로칼퀴(Calcium hypochlorite), 클로라민-T(Chloramine-T) 중에서 선택되는 살생기능물이 준비되는 제2단계 공정과,
토양 살생물에 서방형 기능을 부여하기 위한 피복물질로 알긴산나트륨(Sodium alginate), 밀납(Bees wax), 스테아르산(Stearic acid),수성 아크릴 에멀젼수지 중에서 선택되는 피복물질이 준비되는 제3단계 공정과,
상기 제1단계 공정에서 준비된 희석충진제를 100 중량부로 기준으로 할 때 제2단계 공정에서 준비된 살생기능물 1.5 ~ 25 중량부와 제3단계 공정에서 준비된피복물질 3.5 ~ 55 중량부가 포함되어 토양 살생물이 만들어지는 제4단계 공정과,
상기 제4단계 공정으로 만들어진 토양 살생물을 분무 건조(Spray drying) 방법, 외부 겔화법(Extrusion/external gelation), 에멀젼-내부 겔화법 (Emulsification internal gelation), 효소를 이용한 캡슐화 방법, 캡슐 충진방법, 압축 정제(錠劑; Tablet)방법 중에서 선택되는 공정에 의해 서방형 토양 살생제를얻도록 적용되는 제5단계 공정
을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 서방형 토양 살생제의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 희석 충진제는 0.1~100 ㎛ 크기로 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서방형 토양 살생제의 제조방법. - 연작재배 과정에서 야기되는 병충해 문제를 해소하기 위한 수단으로 서방형 토양 살생제를 이용한 영농방법에 있어서,
